Jyoggars

Jyoggars are like, drows but cooler bc wiz of the coast kind of sucks a lot sometimes.

- Fucked up matriarchy but half functionnal. Level of fuckery depends on the country. If you're closer to Eremeth or the orcs' lands, chances are it's less fucked up, if you're close to the sea or to the elves' territories, it's probably very fucked up.

- Black hair. No white hair bullshit. Well ok there's Alluran but he's really blonde.

- Women are taller, men smaller.

- There's roughly a 5 men birth ratio for one woman.

- Gender expression? In this economy? You're going to behave as you were designed to behave since birth or you're going to get a very sad and very unavoidable deadly accident. (neighbour countries to Eremeth and the Atesh are a bit more chill about it, though being trans is still a crime but as long as you don't tell anyone in public, you're fine, people will ignore it. In other countries? Yikes.)

- Troglodytes but super cool. They got whole castles on the side of mountains, not too deep into the mountain but most of the buildings have 0 openings on the outside. They are maze-like inside, with no real floor levels as everything was build like burrows, it's impossible to make a map of these since you'd need a 3D replica of it to understand how it works. The closer you are to the surface and to the top of the cliff/mountain, the richer you are.

- Queens usually refuse to leave their castle and send their daughters to deal with various stuff outside of the castle. As a general rule, jyoggar lands are kind of dormant, there are no real open wars or very rarely. Queens attack almost only their direct neighbours. Inside fights are much more frequent than outside wars, and backstabbing is really common though the queens are usually feared enough to escape assassination attempts until they have a daughter old enough to replace them who REALLY wants to replace them NOW.

- Most kingdoms are no larger than a mountain's range because they are so closed off on themselves. If a queen owns more than two mountains they're considered super fucking amazing and cool and other queens hesitate to attack them. They were strong enough to get more than one castle, they are not to be fucked with.

- The queen MIGHT have a 3D replica of the castle/palace like, wooden sculpture with different layers you can move and remove to show how it is inside

- Mythology is about ladies being cool. Tons of warriors in there but mostly the values that prevail are cunning and strategy, getting 0 casualties is the highest military victory

- They gave up on gods worshipping in the higher spheres bc they think a queen is better than an absent god but amongst peasants "illegal worships" are pretty popular

- Long hair is a privilege. The longer the hair the more privileged the person. If you cut off someone's hair it's considered a deadly insult or highest humiliation, depends if the person can get revenge or not. Men with shaved heads is pretty common, it means they're serving a bitch. Men with long hair is fashionable for rich ladies to keep in their service.

- Borders are super impossible to cross, patrols on both sides super often. They don't get too violent as long as you don't get violent but they are definitively going to bring you to their superiors who might bring you to a princess or another to make sure you're allowed to cross the country
