(I'm just going to quietly follow bc I also would like to learn about male hair and bodies)
Hair is a big one, I cannot understand how to draw male hair. Females are easy, their hairlines are pretty decent to sketch but males are much more difficult
Ooooh I can help with male stuff. What specifically confuses you about male hair? Is it the shortness of how it can be? How thin it is most of the time? Or maybe the hairline?
I do mainly anime/cartoon type drawing, I cannot realistic lol
The hairline and how to extend it. Like, after I draw the hairline, how long and wide can it be without it looking too exaggerated?

Usually with Anime style idk. But with my style I usually make sure it doesn't look too strange compared to the hair. I start with usually like a parabola shape above the forehead and end it at the ears, then add any shape (widow's peak, receding). It really matters with how your proportions are set up. If your forehead and ears are wrong, it's gonna look wrong.
Well what about hair from beneath a hat or hood? And how would you add "action" to it? Like wind ruffling it or it being pulled back
I wouldn't really add action at all. (First I'd look up references for a hood/hat) and depending on which one you're doing, say a hat, then maybe a few strands of hair would be affected.
Ok, this is helpful, what about basic male anatomy? How does one make the proper proportions?
Oh man it took me four years to learn. I'd suggest practicing and looking at references that are akin to the styles you like and want to learn.
However if you want to share any of your art with me, I can give you some advice on proportions.

Hm I'd definitely suggest work on proportions and looking at references. Also maybe look into cropping and editing your pics, they're hard to see.

To start off, I've noticed that the bodies don't have a lot of shape to them. This is usually an issue that goes away with enough practice, but to help you out, I gathered a few references:
Realistic anatomy:
(note: the above reference isn't 100% accurate on the side view, the female hips and stomach have a lot more shape to them than how they're shown)

Keep in mind that most fashion design sketches have a high focus on the shape and dynamics of the body, as it gives the design more flow.

And don't be afraid to exaggerate some features! You can really add a lot of character to your drawings this way. :D
