a character chat but it's basically an online group chat for random characters (always open)

someone has probably done this before, but i'm bored, so let's act like this is an original thing

rules:

• you don't have to ask to join, just hop on
• fandom characters and ocs are both allowed (but if you're using one or more fandom characters, please be sure to make that clear before starting)
• follow andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)'s rules basically
