Lux: [Leading Kyoko down to where Duvainethgwendes was once locked up.]
"Not many people know this, but the castle you see around you is actually built on top of another castle."
Kyoko: You're joking.
Lux: "No, I'm not. The older, original castle is under the ground. I use that castle's dungeons to imprison particularly dangerous individuals, wether it be Tritain, Duvainethgwendes, or myself."
Kyoko: Yourself? Oh right, you're whole…curse thingy.
Lux: [Nods in response.] "My mother had decided to do something… cruel to Braigdes, and had my adoptive aunt create a curse that would make her immortal, emaciated, always hungry, and to have pale green flesh."
Kyoko: [shivers] That's…weird. Why do such a thing for such an overrated thing to be. Being immortal isn't all as it seems.
Lux: "I know from experience that immortality indeed isn't all that its cracked up to be…. My mother put that upon Duvainethgwendes as punishment for cursing me. The pain of having to watch anyone and everyone that you've ever cared for grow old and die while you stay youthful ." His voice had become hushed and heavy while saying this.
Kyoko: I know how that feels… though, i'm newly immortal.
