Tristan walked around the forest trying to find something useful to do
Anna turned and darted into the forest, only half aware of the dangers of the plants. She alternated between watching the sky for Tessa and watching the ground for tripping hazards. (It totally should be if she ever ends up in a book that needs to be the title it would sum up the whole book)

(XD. She's actually going to be in a book, coMC of it with another girl, but I could totally do a spinoff novella called that. It'd just be every time Tess throws a fit)
(That needs to happen like just recaps of every tantrum and you can start it with her as a toddler just screaming no all the time)
Anna turned and came back to the camp area. "We found a way out but Danny's really tired now so we should go over there because I had to leave him alone." She panted.

Enderstorm immediately stands up, stretching her wings out.
“I’ll go to him.” She jumps into the air and flys over the forest, searching for Danny. She found him collapsed near a pit, and landed gracefully next to him.

((omg, I'm gonna do it. She actually, when she was about 6, set a curtain on fire because she was at the tenth political party that month and was sick of it.))
Tristan found Danny and he looked very tired, "You okay?"
Anna grabbed Tristan and Lacie and pulled them both back to Danny and Endie. "TESSA!" She yelled. "WE FOUND THE WAY OUT!"

Enderstorm lightly nudged Danny to help him sit up, trying to be very gentle.

Tessa was perched on a tree, slightly wincing. "Geez. No need to yell. This place is only so big."
Once he was up, Anna showed them the hole with the ladder. "As soon as Tessa's back we can go down and move on with the trials."
"Oh yay! We found the way out, see, right here."
Tristan peered down the hole, "Okay cool."

Enderstorm poked her head down the hole, trying to see how far down it went with her exceptional night vision.
"Yeah, we're all here. Even Max. Ready?"
Tristan purred and sat up straight, "Hello Danny, are you feeling okay?"

Tess peered down the hole and shuddered. "I really don't like being underground…"

“Do you want me to fly down and scout ahead for you guys? I was brought up in perpetual darkness, and am used to shadows.” Enderstorm said as she shuffled her paws, wishing she could have eaten the deer.
"It probably won't be for long, I think the tunnel slopes up after a little while." She slid down the ladder and squinted into the darkness.
Then Anna paused to let Endie go first. "If you can see, please go, I'm blind down here."

Enderstorm nodded, jumping into the pit, spreading out her wings slightly to slow her decent.

Tessa waited for everyone to go before her. "I'll bring up the rear. Keep an eye out for any baddies behind us."
"If you need help, I can see as well," Tristan noted.
