Little Ones (Character Chat)

No need to ask, just pop your character in!(Seriously, don’t ask.) If they aren’t fully humanoid though, can you please give a short description for interactions? Thanks!
(My character looks like a snake with legs, like if you cut off her legs she would just be a snake. She has green scales and brown stripes, and is about three-four feet tall. The young ones around her are very tiny, the size of small dogs.)

Tiak lay on the ground, watching the five little Skarlings jump and play around. They had yet to realize the danger they could all be in, in this strange forest.

Tiak looked up as she heard Griffin jump down, and stood, moving closer to her young Skarlings. Akra, Tor, Sekn, and Kla noticed the figure as well, and ran to stand closer to their mother, while the youngest, Mio, just looked at Griffin inquisitively.

Mio, a tiny brown male Skarling(Skarlings are baby Skarmin), bravely crept up to Griffin, his talons making almost no sound on the grass. Tiak watched nervously, ready to jump in and intercede if Griffin hurt Mio.

Mio crowed gleefully, and with a thrust of his front legs reared up onto his sturdy hind legs, his front talons flawling adorable. It looked like he wanted to play. Tiak held her breath, her heart pounding. She wanted to run over there and grab Mio, but knew that this was a learning experience, so held back.

Mio did a frickin’ backflip, twisting in the air and landing gracefully on his front talons, before making a dash for the stick. His four siblings followed quickly, and they all tussled with the stick, it snapping easily in their strong jaws.

Tiak sat back down, her expression guarded but not quite angry.

“Hello, Griffin.” Tiak said this absentmindedly, watching her Skarlings tussle.

(Tolkalee is an elf, he has short yellow blonde hair and dark blue eyes. He's wearing a royal purple hoodie that hides his quiver and bow. He also has chainmail under it as well. He has a curved dagger strapped to his leg. He's wearing tan cargo pants.)

Staying low in the brush, Tolkalee watched the encounter. He wasn't big on talking to people he didn't know. He also wanted to make sure these creatures weren't going to tear him apart when he made himself known.

Tiak nodded solemnly, grinning with pride on the inside.

Tiak growled slightly. Griffin’s words hit a soft spot, but she reasoned that he was probably more referring to having to take care of the five Skarlings alone.
“Actually, we haven’t. Normally we are part of a pack. This morning, I fell asleep with all my little ones and when I woke up, I was here.”

(I won’t be on Notebook until Monday or Tuesday as my family is going camping, so don’t expect any replies for the next two-three days)
