"Oh," Aquarius said. "Also, you and Lover Boy need to get back right now. Poseidon is staging an attack."

"Gods dammit," Lance muttered, stepping away and running his fingers through his hair as he cursed Poseidon.
"And you didn't tell me this right away… why?"
"BECAUSE YOU GOT PRIMORDIALS TO FIGHT FOR US!" Her brother took a deep breath. "Also, Hera is super docile around them."

"And I bet Aurae is picking a fight with them as we speak?" Lance inquired. "Also, has Dolos, Apate, Hypnos, Thanatos, Nyx, and Nemesis arrived yet?"
"Yes, they have, all except Apate," Aquarius said. "And Aurae and the female Primordial are fighting. The Primordial is winning, though."

"Unsurprising," Lance said, sighing. "Just notify Dolos, and he'll turn into Papa Bear and pull her out–and basically ground her."
Aquarius laughed. "Will do. Man, those Primordials are something," he sighed.
"Keep it in your pants," Tempest chided him. She hung up and turned to Lance. "We should probably go."

He nodded and slipped his hand in hers, heading back to her car at the cafe.
Tempest drove them back. It was quiet in the car, peaceful.

"I wonder why Apate didn't come with her twin," Lance mused to himself, slightly worried the goddess had chosen Zeus in favor of causing some mischief and reverting back to how she was when she was released from Pandora's box.
Tempest shrugged. "She wouldn't have gone to Zeus's side… would she?"

"She's a being released from Pandora's box. I'm sure you've heard of her exploits during that time." He paused, thinking it through. "She might just be a neutral party, causing mischief on both sides."
"Well, that would suck." Tempest sent him a grin. "But we have Primordials, so…"

"She might not mess with us quite as much as she would mess with Zeus." Lance winced when he got a message from Levi saying that Leon was drunk. So much for releasing the Chimera… "Aaaaaaand I'll be useless this round."
Tempest laughed. "What happened?"

Lance shook his head, unable to hold back a slight chuckle. "Leon got himself blackout drunk. Can't really have a Chimera with the main body out of commission."
"Of course he did," she said with a roll of her eyes.

"Well, you did traumatize him," he said with an amused smile tossed her way.
Tempest giggled. "Oh, do you think he'll survive?"

He smiled at her giggle. It was so cute. "He'll be back to normal once he wakes up–which would probably be tomorrow at noonish if history repeats itself."
She grinned. "Well, we should savor our time without him as much as we can."

He raised a brow. "And what did you have in mind? You do realize we have Posiden on our hands, correct?"
Tempest shrugged. "If all else fails, I can just scream at him."

Lance nodded. "But we do need a plan. Just have Nyx challenge him?"
"That might work. Or we could have Aquarius's role models shrink him into a fish."

He cocked his head to the side. "Who are his role models?"
"The Primordials," she said. "He talks about them all the time."

He laughed. "I'm glad none of my brothers have role models."
"Well," she said, with a grin. "The way he was looking at Aquarius, I'd say Levi thinks f him as a role model."

Lance snorted. "Not so much as a role model as just a plain model."
