Eria clambered up the stairs to the roof of the building. It was her quiet place, after all. Of course, seeing another person, let alone an elf on her roof? Eria was stunned.
"Oh, hello!" Aza said, not bothering to look behind her. "I suppose you are Eria?"

"How…" Eria thought how to phrase this. "How do you know my name? Also, who are you?"
"You don't need to know who I am. I know your name because I have magic." Aza said, enjoying herself.

Eria felt her eyes going white, but she suppressed her power. "Okay…" she moved forward tentatively. "Why are you on my roof?"
"Because I was standing on the ground, looking up at your roof. And I thought, Ooh, I like that roof. I'd like to sit on it. So then, I sat on your roof," she said slowly, like she was talking to a preschooler.

"I'm not six. I can understand you." Eria said, slightly annoyed. "That doesn't answer my question. Why was my roof so perfect?"
"I saw it. And I thought Ooh, I like that roof. So I sat on it," Aza repeated even slower.

"I… never mind. I still don't know who you are," Eria said, even more annoyed. "so tell me your name, elf!"
"Because Eria has a cool roof!" Aza shouted down, grinning.

"It's interesting, to say the very least!" Eria hollered down. She started laughing. "Why don't you just go ahead and join us up here?" she asked, screaming at the top of her lungs against the wind.

"No, there's stairs. Cmon!" Eria kept laughing.

"Yeah! I would offer champange if I wasn't underage and straight edge." Eria giggled. "I'm Eria, what's your name?"

"My dad gave me some for no reason after he kicked me out. He was a drunken bastard, that man. Pardon my French," Eria said, jokingly. "but it's true. I came out as gay, and I was kicked out of the house. Sorry about the life story there."
"Do you think I could revive myself if I jumped off the roof?" Aza said suddenly.

"I won't die." Aza said, laughing.

"I'm not a lady," Aza said and scooted closer to the edge of the roof. Without warning, she flipped upside down and let her head hang over the edge of the roof, her hair streaming downward.
