Well, these are the free formats that this person makes. If you go looking through the forums, you can find plenty of others if you don't like these ones. https://toyhou.se/lowkeywicked/characters/folder:268984
So you just click on one that looks interesting and find the link called 'Code' at the top. Then copy all of the code being careful not to include or exclude anything important. After that, you need to go to a character or create one. If you're editing a character that has already been created then go to the menu to the left, 'Manage Character', 'Edit Profile'.
If the text field is white select 'Disable WYSIWYG' at the top right of the box. I recommend you reload the page after toggling this. Then all you need to do is paste the code into the box and make sure you click 'Create Character' or 'Edit Character'. Check the character page to make sure it works.
You can then go back to the edit character page and change the filler text into your character's info. I'd recommend against touching any of the construction code though.
One more thing, if you enable WYSIWYG then disable it, it will mess up the code so if it's enabled when you go to edit your character you might want to back-peddle a bit.

Yeah, I spent like an hour or so personalizing my profile and my one character lol
I wanted them to look pretty so I forced myself to fill out every single thing, and write small when the filler text is small, and write big when the filler text is big
