Chronic pain disorders?

Im having difficulty finding something. When i make a character with some kind of condition, i usually think of symptoms and then try and find the matching condition from there. This time, I’ve encountered a problem. My character Inez is supposed to be semi reliant on a wheelchair, due to episodes of pain. I thought i had met someone who experienced this, but now i cannot find any disorders or diseases that cause chronic pain in the way i had thought about. Is this due to a lack of research, though ive looked hard, Or am i going about things wrong?

well first off, here's a link to an article that gives you the basic diseases that can cause chronic pain, but also as someone who lives with mild pain, I can testify that it isn't always caused by a disease. It can be caused by an old injury or from overworking yourself, or you can just be born with weird-ass joints (like me). It's all very different and everyone experiences it differently, so I'd recommend yes, doing more research, but also thinking about how Inez experiences her pain and why. Hope this helps!

Update! I found it. Chronic fatigue syndrome was what i was thinking about, i believe.
