Okay so:
- Is 'Bie' pronounced 'Bee' or 'Bi'?
- She's very underweight for a 22 year old, 5'4" woman. She should be around 133 lbs, 114 lbs at the lowest
- What shade of blue is her hair? Is all of it died or just the tips, or half of it?
- What is her natural hair color?
- Flaws seem a little surface level
All in all she's really interesting!

- If I may say, develop her personality a little bit more? She's sarcastic and closed-off, but there must be more to her. Is she a pessimist, because of her past, or an optimist because of her ambitions for the future and her hope to make her father proud? (Or a realist, aware of her conditions but vowing to make the best of it, within reason?) How long does it take, and what does it take, for her to warm up to a person? Is she easily angered, and if so what subjects/behaviors rile her up (politics, being told what to do, witnessing injustice, etc.)? Just a few questions to start off.
