Hmm… I think Quill and Perry could be a nice one! It wouldn't happen in the canon, as Quill's straight and Perry's nonbinary, but if they were to have a romantic relationship it'd be pretty cute.

I think it'll be impossible for readers to not ship Bernon and Mike, at least at first. They have the perfect gay-survival-buddies dynamic. Unfortunately Mike is very ace and they end up staying only friends, so I hope people will respect that ^^;
Also I have two gals, Melanie and Kineta (and then later Melanie and Dean) who are probably very shippable (Kineta and Melanie are rentmates, Melanie is in fact lesbian, they make a great friend group, etc.) However both Kineta and Dean are straight and end up falling for other characters later on. Poor Melanie lol TvT
