HELP! Character flaws

I need realistic flaws for my badass/ queen of night character. like maybe a softer side? IDK? HALPPPPP

Well, maybe have her break down on certain words?
Like maybe something she did in her past haunts her and some words that relate to it are a trigger for her?

I don't see why a softer side to a character would be a flaw. I think it makes them more human, in fact. You could have her think that being soft is a sign of weakness, and then have the characters around her try to help her realize that it's okay to not be so hard-boiled all the time?

Idk if yo still need stuff, but I gave a few of my characters this need to be accepted and wanted that was also a deep rooted fear that causes them inexplicably lash out for seemingly no reason (from the perspective of their peers), etc.
