How do you characters deal with trama?

How would you characters deal with their trama? Would it depend on the severity? Who did it?

Chana: Isolates herself, cries for an hour then acts as if she's fine
Leah: has none, has a perfect life
Amaya: Talks to herself cuz she has no friends
Katherine: talks to Rivka about her life's issues because why not
Rivka: Has to endure other people's trama cuz everyone gosips to her and has no idea how to say "NO"
