Last name help please :D

Hello guys! I need help coming up with a last name for one of my characters. He's a grumpy old farmer whose original name was "Ernest Harrison" but I just realized that sounds too much like the author Ernest Hemingway lol. I like his first name, but I need a new last name. Thanks!

what about Lee… get it? Ernest Lee, Honestly? And if you don't like that you can use Carlsberg or Sholtz
