Dear Sorrel,

I'm not sure how inter-dimensional travel works, but if you could find a way to bring me there, sure, I could kill someone for you. I could even make it look like an accident or frame someone else, if you want.

Theta is a Greek letter. I'm not sure what else to tell you on that. It represents the number eight, but it's a lot more formal.

And as for how I was made, well, I have no idea. I don't think I want to know, either. Some don't consider me human because of this form of creation. There's only one person who understands how I was made, and that's my creator. I'd gladly kill him if given the chance. He ruined my life. Granted, he's the one who gave me life, but that's not what I'm getting at.

When you say it sounds similar to something your relatives did… what do you mean by that? They artificially made people? Do those people need to be saved? Why were they created? Sorry if I seem upset over this, it's because I am. Artificially creating someone is no joke. I've killed men- and woman- for less. It's a pretty big deal.

I would like to inform you that you're not allowed to die. I will make my way to your universe, drag your butt out of whatever afterlife you have and yell at you. You're not allowed to die.

I'm working on a way to get to your world as I write. It's probably not going to work, but that won't stop me from trying. When you say 'everything's okay', things have better actually be okay. I swear to the non-existent gods that if you die- well, I already covered that.

Whoever's after you, describe them to me. What they look like, how they hold themselves, send me a picture if you can. I should be able to figure out a weakness. Take your time replying, if you have to. But if I don't receive a response within the next two weeks, I will assume you've died and start attempting to learn necromancy for when I go drag you out of your afterlife.

Reminder that you're not allowed to die. What are Soul's powers? I think I found a way to send items across, not people. But that should be enough. See, my power is healing. My blood carries the same properties. If you put it on any injury, it'll heal in seconds. Well, it'll heal almost anything. Can't do much for DNA-based diseases. But my point stands. In order to get it to you, I'm going to need the name of your planet and the exact coordinates that you're at. Don't mind the bloodstains on the bottles, it's because I hate needles and I just cut open my arms to get samples.

What are Soul's powers? Maybe I can derive a weakness based off of them.

The other two names I mentioned In my last letter are my daughters. I have three: Veriviane, Gionia And Axphion. Axphion and I are on good terms, but alas, she's on a pilgrimage in the middle east.

Enough about me though, What is your camp-family like? Are they insufferable as my siblings?

Anyway, you mentioned a middle east. What's that? Is it a place? My camp-family are mostly great people. There are a few kids, I take care of one of 'em. A few are just plain jerks, but the rest of them are great. I hope your husband starts talking to you again.

Are your daughters nice? How old are they? You mentioned siblings. What are they like? How many gods are there in your Universe? And can you actually send a river?

Great to meet you, wherever you're from! My name's Jomei. I'm a guy, I'm fifteen, and I live with my sister and my parents. I work in a factory on Earth, but my parents are Kirichons, they just want me to get a job. I love plants, even though they're rare on Earth, unless you're a farmer. I'd like to be a farmer. You get more food than anyone else, and the pay is better than most.

You're a navigator? That's so cool! What's Icarus, and why is it a bad ship name? My Earth is kinda dead, but people still live here. Same with Mars. The lucky ones get to live on Vision, Horizon, and Orion, though.

What's a sanction? We still have some animals, but pets are for people on the Big Three. I really want a pet. I've read that some people's best friends are pets. I don't go to the Academy, but I wish I did! The Academy's on Mars, though, and passage isn't very cheap. Anyway, I wouldn't go unless Alci came too, and my parents would never let her go, even if they could afford it.

Who's Etri? Are they nice? Tell your crew members I said hello, by the way!

You basically understand what species are, so wonderful job on that front! Not all botanists work in the same area as I do, but yes, the main goal of my experiments is to make plants grow at a faster rate without affecting their health or overall chemical composition. It is actually quite fascinating and challenging, but you most likely don't want to hear a jumble of scientific jargon that you won't understand, so I will move on.

I actually do not sing very often, but I assume I'd be pretty good at it. I mean, why wouldn't I be?

Your dexír sounds fascinating, and your connection with the darkness would be fantastic to study. How exactly do you tend to use this power of yours?

Paper is basically parchment, yes. It's a more refined form of the same material, with a smoother surface and more uniform coloring. I was using paper as a metaphor for space, to try and simplify the concept for you. I apologize if I made it more confusing instead. I tend to do that a lot. Ah, well.

I'll tell Kaz about what you said, and hopefully, it'll make him a little more confident. He needs every bit of confidence he can get!

We don't have servants because the galactic government decided a few centuries ago that it created an imbalance in the respect for life across the universe, so they implemented a minimum wage and we have generally moved away from such societal structure. I mean no offense to your people and their traditions, but we consider the existence of servants a bit primitive.

Universal translators are really cool! Sadly, they aren't my area of expertise, so I wouldn't know how to properly explain them. It's fascinating that your tribe were the ones to create trade on your planet. What are common items that you trade, and what items are you unable to produce on your own?

We do only have one Academy, and it's mainly for pilots and military training. In my universe, we don't have Sanctions, cities or these states. That Icarus myth seems neat, though. I'll see if I can find a book with it. I don't really know how the scientists dealt with Mars' atmosphere, that's mostly classified information. All I know is that they built lots of giant domes, and started building things in them.

I'm not sure how much the Academy costs, or if it's a scholarship thing. Or maybe both. Vision, Horizon and Orion are artificial planets that scientists somehow put together from space junk. Vision and Horizon are where the richest people live. Orion's where the Government is centered.

On Earth, most of the jobs available are factory positions. My sister Alci and I both work at a factory. I'm not sure what it's called, because they never really specify on Earth. But some people land the good jobs, like water purifiers or farmers. I think those are pretty self-explanatory.

Anyway, what planet is Etri from?

Dear Lucas,
We have some schools, but they last only 'til we're 14. Funny thing is, I don't really remember much up until I turned 13. Like, it's there, but it's hazy. Anyway, we used to have countries, but then most of them became flooded. I live where… I think it was Russia used to be?

At work, I help to make circuitboards. My parents know some higher-ups at the factory, so I got the title of Inspector pretty quickly. I don't really know much about the man-made planets, but maybe I'll find out someday.

Anyway, what does it mean to be Fated?

I'm still jealous that you're in space! What kind of specialist areas can you go into? Anyway, we're not really told much about what we do at work. All I know is that they're shipped off to Horizon for something.

Being Fated sounds pretty cool! On Earth, we don't really propose, we're basically assigned life partners. But most people are happy with their partners, so it's not really an issue.

I guess if I had to pick anyone, I'd say that Alci's the nicest person I know, but she's my sister, and there's also this one girl from the Academy who works at the same factory….

Anyways, are Ethan and Millik nice? Tell them I said hi. Do you have any hobbies or anything?
