Try aiming for unisex names that are more used for men, like the ones people don't know are unisex like Jordan, Quinn, Charlie, Morgan, Jules, Frankie. You want a realistic name, it doesn't have to be badass at first it just has to suit the character and it will become badass with the character. For example, I have a character who is a Fallen Angel/Murderer. She's supposed to be an antagonist that dresses like a biker and is dangerous and wild but she has the name Laurelei. If I said Laurelei you would've thought of an actual angel or a girl but now the character gives the name meaning and effect.

Circe or something similar, maybe, due to the fact that in mythology, she's this magical sorceress that can probably do the things that your person can (maybe not time travel, but TECHNICALITIES). Maybe Asha, Ashlyn, or Ash.
