How about Ewing, Ransley, Elmar, or Goldman? I don't know what kind of story you're writing, but those are my suggestions.

My advice would be to look up the Latin names for something that represents your character. Like shadow is umbra, night is noctis, fate is sors, etc. Hope this helps!

It's all good that you want a dark last name for your character, but remember not to overdo the "darkness" so your story is "cool." If it's an essential part of your character's personality, however, I would recommend it.
