deeeeep inhale Okay so first off, Calypso was trapped on an island by the gods and was alone for a millenia. Several men were sent to the island by the gods and left promising her that they would come back to rescue her, and none of them did. She had her heart broken several times, until my boy Leo was sent to the island. He left also promising he would one day return for her. And boom he did, and he did it Leo-style. He found a way to get her off the island because he was seriously in love with her, unlike the other half-bloods who liked her for her looks (at least the majority). And Calypso liked Leo back, not for his looks, but for who he was. A dedicated, funny, charming boi who absolutely stole the show. They both love each other and understand that looks aren't everything. heavy exhale

I have come to the realization that every vertex of the central cast in my current work is 'shippable. (Although I'm a little bit iffy about the Frustrated Mechanic with the Naïve Powerhouse; he'd probably be irrationally afraid that he'd break her or something.)
