Exactly what the title says!
Does your universe have a Valentine’s Day or some equivalent?
If so what are your characters doing?
Do they have someone special? Are they single but taking advantage of the sales at their local stores or do they just hate the holiday entirely? Maybe they have someone special but don’t see the point of celebrating it.

Gerard (in the 40s): Secretly sends a bunch of chocolate and valentines to Joshua, runs away to another country in case anyone finds out.
Camilla: Throws a Valentine’s Day party, does everything flawlessly. Visits her great-uncle Gerard, who tells her about the pranks he pulled with his childhood friend Joshua.
Garry: Works up the nerve to dance with Camilla, his ears turn extremely bright red.
Prudence: Happily sits back by herself and reads, occasionally laughing at her best friend Garry for his enormous crush.
Calista: Keeps screaming, “OMG OMG IT’S VALENTINE’S DAAAAAAAAY” then runs out of steam and declares that Valentine’s Day is stupid and she has a nail salon to go to.
Briella: Sits on a rooftop looking at the sky and thinking about Benji. Receives a valentine: a perfect, extremely durable backpack perfect for her adventures. She loves it but scolds herself for hoping it’s from Benji.
Benji: Sits on a rooftop looking at the sky, wondering whether he should send Briella a valentine. Eventually, he decides to and goes way overboard, sending her a whole backpack for her adventures. Worries she’ll hate it.

Simon, CJ, Dean, & Henry: They kick everyone else out of the base so they have it to themselves and then they just order takeout, cuddle, & watch movies. They're not really fancy people and fancy restaurants stress them out too much, but Simon and Henry are very romantic people, so this is their compromise.
Sarah & Chloe: They buy an unnecessarily fancy hotel room for the night and have a blast doing random shit.
Marie-Kate, Jack, and Peter: The three of them would always go on movie dates together when they were all "single".
Lucas & his GF Mae: They also have a quiet night in watching movies & it's a very fun time.
Madeline & Peter: Valentine's Day is Madeline's birthday, so she forces Peter to go out for some fancy dinner with her. He hates every second.
Samantha & her GF Kelli: They go paint pottery or something else like painfully domestic for Samantha and they have a wonderful time.
Payton & Jason: Definitely fancy restaurant people, good times though.
Ava & James: They probably just hang out at home and cook dinner together and maybe watch a movie. No stress, but they wanted it to feel a little romantic.
Faith & Becky: At least one if not both of them forget that Valentine's Day was a thing, so the two of them just order takeout like any other night.

Lasta and Tiburo: Lasta hates Valentines day, but is convinced by Tiburo to go on a nice walk on the beach. Tiburo jumps into the water and pulls Lasta in with him. Lasta complains, but secretly enjoys it.
Balam/Xi'ipal and Nitis: They go on a date to a fancy outdoor restaurant. After a long argument on who should pay, they split the check, and go home to watch a marathon of their favorite movies and cuddle.
Amoxtli: Toilet papers Balam and Nitis' house.

Coyotl: Goes club hopping. Kills all potential suitors. Drains the blood from their bodies to drink it. Burns the bodies. Valentine's day brings her more victims than usual.
andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer): Thinks Valentine's Day is a waste of time, Canarie drags him along to watch the festivities. Did not receive any chocolates from any girls, apart from Rin, so he was a little happy to have received something even though the poor guy can't taste food at all. Afterwards, towards the end of the day, he sends a bear plush to Rin's door. andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)'s a more "actions speak louder than words" kind of guy. Fun fact: he couldn't taste Rin's chocolate, but he could feel the love put into it. "Not bad at all."
Canarie: Sits back and enjoys the day. Received a couple of chocolates from different guys, but they were scared off by andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)'s glaring. Protective brother things. Canarie likes chocolate, but she enjoys Rin's hot chocolate more.
Rin: Her hopeless romantic side fully appears. Received a bunch of chocolates, mostly from children who have a innocent crush on her. Thinks they way they squirm when they build up the courage to give her a chocolate and run away as fast as possible is adorable. She made chocolate for every single one of her friends, but had a hard time giving one to andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer). Fun fact: she specifically made skull shaped chocolate for both Canarie and andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer).
Leo: Has no idea what Valentines' Day is. Got a little disgusted at seeing so many couples kissing, so he hid away from the crowds to avoid further embarassment. Then Iris took his chocolate without asking him first. Possibly least favorite day of the year.
Iris: Very outwardly disgusted with Valentines' Day. Shouts "I hope you all break up" and "Get a room" at any couples she sees. Gets reprimanded by Jackie immediately after. Literally every couple gets told to run away if they see a little girl with a black sweater and pigtails.
Jackie: Doesn't care, really. Got a loooot of chocolates from girls, but he didn't accept any confessions. It's not that he's the type to be obsessed with work, he just thinks they'll be disgusted with his line of work (he works at a funeral parlor). And he has no time for relationships, anyway.
Lennon: Buys Sebastian mountains of chocolate.
Sebastian: Eats mountains of chocolate.
Hearst: Probably doesn't know it's Valentines day and is later told that it was days ago when he asks what day in February valentines day is.
Marcelo: Trying desperately to figure out a way to discreetly signal to Hearst that he would like to go on a date, but is too scared to directly ask him.

I know it's been valentine's day already but I was on holiday so here we are:
Blaze and Nova are spending the day at some kind of theme park, or doing some sort of extreme or 'dangerous' activity like skydiving or kayaking down a river. Their entire friendship and relationship is honestly built off having no regard for their own personal safety. And that's assuming they remembered it was Valentine's Day in the first place.
Ceryn and Riyah, although they aren't a couple, probably spend the day together making cards for all their friends. Riyah's aroace and has no interest in a relationship, but absolutely wants to show her appreciation for Blaze and the gang. Ceryn just wanted the oppurtunity to write stuff and sound poetic.
Eve isn't interested whatsoever. She has too much work to get on with to bother herself with such mundane pastimes.
Qili and Tern are either pointedly ignoring each other or arguing ten times more than usual. If this is before they get together, they're also yelling at Blaze and Nova for daring to call them 'lovebirds'. If this is after they get together, they're pretending to be annoyed about 'having' to spend the day in the other's presence.

Kumi will wake up more earlier to make Maxine's favorite breakfast. She will gently wake her up or maybe wait for her in the bed. Then, Kumi will give a lot of gifts, some of them are hand-made, Maxine probably forgets about Valentine's day but Kumi doesn't care, at least they are together!
Kumi is more careful with significant dates while Maxine forgets everything but stills manage to make/buy something for her girlfriend, like a pretty dinner or material things.
(I love their relationship, both of them are so cute with each other-)
Aoi: She will probably dress for it then spend half of the day painting and the other half with her friends. She doesn’t have an significant other or anything.
