Brad: Stereotypical American™ will brag about everything, loves his scout bot like a real dog
Hannah: basically Brad's babysitter, also loves her scout bot, very tired, very friendly, will give hugs when needed
Emma: The Medic™ very kind and shy, has a crush on Noah, she is secretly not an innocent bean
Noah: meme king, very smart, will educate you with smarts AND memes, his brain must be huge

Nomius: 100% muscle, also 100% a good soft boy, will give gentle hugs, afraid of small things/people bc they must be fragile !! an orphan
Vorex: angsty, mean, and Gay™ was kidnapped as a child so he doesn't know that he's a prince, Death's grandson, will cry when alone. a lot.
Apophis: precious naga bby, 5 years old and ready to kill a man, has claimed Vorex as his dad, trusts everyone way too easily
the scientists
Cedrix: the Big Boss™ of the hybrid operation and the whole science group in general, not a good person, is totally fine with kidnapping bbies to experiment on, also fine with killing unsuccessful ones
Saraia: just doing her job, doesn't care about the hybrids or the science goal of the group, chaotic tired, loves to make the successful hybrids in her care OP af just to spite the other scientists
Neo: A.I #1, very good assistant, but something is very off about this thing, silently watches, always watches
Switch: A.I #2, a chaotic mess of glitching and smarts, good at fixing things, insists that it doesn't need to be fixed tho
Friend: A.I #3, scarily good at pretending to have emotions, made to try and make the hybrids feel more comfortable (it didn't work)
the deities/celestial beings
Nothing: the creator, has no morals, will mess your mind up, has acquired Tatius as a servant and has re-named him Tenebris, just doesn't want to be alone
Time: the first of Nothing's creations, a very patient boy, he has been shattered but he's not quite dead, wants to marry Death
Space: creation number two, a chaotic pan flirt, has many children
Life: creation three, very tired and done with your shit™ does not want to be alive but can't die, will treat every living thing like her baby
Death: creation four! a meme boi, very much childish, hired a bunch of serial killers to do some of his work for him, is the deer skull his face or a mask?
Day: child of Life and Space, ball of Sunshine™ loves almost everything, had a crush on Night once, has kids but I'm not sure how many yet (i still have to decide on a number)
Night: child of Death and Space, very calming, good at keeping secrets, married to Zavis, had two kids, the first child is Yaedin, and the second child is Vorex, she disappeared one day
War: a.k.a Tatius, but he isn't aware of that yet, child of Death via cloak birth (Death just lifted his cloak one day and spontaneously birthed Tatius, and about a year later did it again to have Claudia)
Peace: a.k.a Carmen, but she is also not aware of that, child of Life via normal birth, but with no father

Zavis: the king of Vraekar kingdom, a shape shifter, kind of childish but will be serious when needed, Night's husband
Yaedin: the oldest son of Night and Zavis, the heir to the throne, a good boy with mind powers, he's a lil shit sometimes tho
Adonis: Carmen's dead husband, he's stuck in a prosthetic arm as a ghost tho
Tyler: a chaotic and childish bounty hunter with a need for greatness, has a prosthetic arm with a ghost stuck in it!
Justin: a very salty flower sprite, he's a cute lil pink flower, is always with Tyler
Hazel: hacker, Lesbian™ has a very big crush on Claudia, also has way too many rubber ducks

Frankie: Snarky, has the weirdest sense of humor (it relies heavily on wordplay that some people Barry don't pick up on at first), won't just shut up.
Kat: Also snarky, 'I won't say I'm in love' personified, gets and enjoys Frankie's wordplay but pretends to ignore it to annoy him
Padma: Mom Friend, matchmaker, super sweet and enthusiastic.
Liz: Precious, sweet, tries to be snarky like Kat and sometimes succeeds but often ends up making awkward jokes that don't quite land.
Claudio: He's dumb but we love him anyways. Really sweet and kind, but lacking common sense.
Barry: Minnesota Nice, enthusiastic, just trying his best, concussed for most of the story so his memory recall is not great, leading to some unintentionally hilarious sentences.
Joe: Emo trash son.

Penta: the protector, very shy but she is aggressive under certain circumstances, will take you on an adventure to see anything you want if you don't scare her
Dyxus: "if it were up to me i'd have eaten you by now," loves alcohol, did i mention he can win all of the drinking games since he can't really die from alcohol poisoning, aggressive lad, very offensive humoured.
Hroza: Four arms, acid vomit (like we're talkin' melt the metal acid), likes a challenge, stopped aging when she was 23, insane regenerative abilities like; "need a hand?" rips off hand
Dubove: big tree thing, actually fairly friendly, but also scary at the same time
Klin: Not seen very often, probably one of the most threatening looking; or even threatening in terms of actions of the group, doesn't eat, annoyed by the smallest of things.

The Storyland Veil Crew
Leonora - So sheltered, but so weirdly knowledgeable. Someone help her, she's in love with Stardew.
Stardew - Functional bisexual. Adrenaline junkie. Matchmaker. Whatever you do, DON'T wake her up.
Foxglove - Refined bisexual. Has a thing for imperial guards and One Certain Crime Lord but you didn't hear that from me.
Trouble - Disaster bisexual. HATES wearing facial hair. Has a thing for yellow eyes. His interests run the gamut between dollhouses and cars, and he keeps a menagerie. He's definitely evil. He has a license to prove it!
Chiaroscuro - Crime lord. More comfortable in a glamour than in his own skin. He doesn't have problems breathing when Foxglove walks into the room. Nope. None at all.
Johann - Has yellow eyes. Loves his family and will fight you over them. Shape-shifter & body guard.
The Alchemary - Walking ball of anger unless they're working on some new poison.
The Annihilator: When Trouble says you're over dramatic, you're over dramatic.

Willa- the kestrel leader with a childish innocence she hasn't lost despite her current situation and a love for the old legends
Tahu- a tiger who acts as the glue of the group, the big guy with a heart who will not hesitate to defend his friends
Ula- a fish warrior, skilled in combat and stubborn to a fault who attacks first, asks questions later
Quillan- a shy, quiet lizard with a brain that is much too big for their capabilities and a determination to see the mission through
Sevan- a musk ox who was outcast from his home for a crime he did not commit and has a deep distrust of strangers

a fem fatale 14 year old with vaguely defined love powers who is always looking out for her twin brother(the character above) and in a constant state of either breaking someone's heart or leading someone on.
a very battle hardened 50 year old with vaguely defined nautical powers who is the father of the two characters above, and is constantly hiding family secrets from them in the hopes of keeping them "safe"
a foolishly noble 15 year old with vaguely defined combat powers who would do anything for his best friend(The character at the top) but is also a member of the other group in the story, so is always internally struggling with this fact.
a big hearted 15 year old with vaguely defined ice powers who lives every moment to the most and never chills out for better or worse, and gives the biggest hugs in the world(member of a third group in the story)
