Cody: The lock on his public bathroom stall was stuck and, to escape, he kicked the door open and ended up smashing the door into the mirror opposite of him and clipping a random passerby’s arm.

Kevin: dressed up as a clown for fun, but ended up chasing people around with a water gun full of red dye mixed with the stuff in glow sticks.

Jomei: Has never gotten arrested. X.

Zachery: Kevin dared him to hop the fence and ride one of the cows and, while riding one, the owner came out and called the cops on them for trespassing. (Zachery still goes and visits the cows, but on the right side of the fence.)

Wren: Arson.

Isla: Most likely punched a politican. Still manage to avoid arrest, punched a policeman too, most likely.

Hans: Acted suspicious, did nothing wrong, just acted suspicious.

Isumi: Broke into an off limits place.

Beatriz: Fireworks on a public place, probably landed on someone's lawn, they called the police, nothing new.

David: Did nothing wrong, he got everyone else out of jail, by escaping, of course, who has the money to pay for five people?

Gerard: Through a series of misunderstandings he gets arrested for trying to kill the king, when in reality he was actually trying to help him this actually happens in the story

*I don't actually think you can get arrested for these but if they were to get in trouble with the law somehow, that would be it.

Kineta: When she was younger, probably petty theft or involvement in her father's illegal activities. These days she's very dedicated to staying on the right side of the law–the worst she might do is a little trespassing or maybe break a guy's arm if he was causing trouble in her neighborhood.
Dean: Causing a public disturbance, probably
Melanie: She might actually be at risk of arrest for having an unauthorized false identity atm. Not identity theft quite, but she's definitely being dishonest about herself. Oh, and she siphoned money from her parents' bank account for a while.
Vali: Murder is only the most obvious of his crimes, there are plenty of others lol.
Luke: Violence, theft, trespassing, etc.
Mike: Murder, evasion of the law, illegal border-hopping, trespassing many times, defiance of war treaties, unlicensed possession of firearms/vehicles/land/business, poaching (by certain technicalities), etc.
Nina: Broke a lady's nose with her purse after said lady kicked a homeless man, refused to apologize and caused such a scene while telling the lady off that the police had to step in and send her to the station until Luke could come pick her up, laugh until he choked, and settle things with the injured woman. They took the homeless guy out to dinner afterwards.

Alex: arson. Accidentally
Danny: mob? Protest? Maybe for shouting obscenities at an officer in a few years, but it would be because the officer was interfering with a protest. Maybe for harassing someone who was littering.
Emma: some sort of prank gone to far, maybe manslaughter
Sophie: interfering with an investigation or perjury trying to get everyone else out of trouble
Hunter: straight up murder

Therese: aggravated assault, treason (part of the rebellion, plus attacks a government official)
Margot: Hiding of fugitives (namely Samuel)

Nek’Vhutl/Ellis (god..that name difference..): Homicide (would that even be.. Homicide? She’s not really human, the Wikipedia definition was the act of a human killing another human..though she does take on the form of one) Property damage, possessing stolen property, smuggling, theft, assassination (maybe?).

Kimberly: Torture, kidnapping, manslaughter, property damage, mayhem. She’s not as bad as she sounds don’t worry

Sully: assault, mayhem, intimidation, home invasion, murder, theft, possession of stolen property, obstruction, bribery, extortion, kidnapping, robbery, Solicitation, gambling…property damage again

Ellis and Kimberly are similar in the way that they both did it for the greater good of humanity (Ellis leans towards serving herself.)
Sully is just..accidents happen, but some of those were definitely on purpose. Other times she got caught up in something

Naomi: Bar brawl. Wasn't her fault; she still ended up stuck in a holding cell for a few hours to cool down. It ultimately didn't go on her record.

Listen here you. I've seen your name all over this site and I have to say about a month ago I chuckled for like 10 minutes after reading QUABSTIX outloud.

Ron: Despite not being part of a political group, he was in the country his country was at war with. His job= hunt monster, not kill troops but hey it was 8 on 1. As a great Samurai once said "The warrior is alone, the Bandit is many, there is nothing dishonorable just kill em."
