Kaito smiled at the comment. He seemed to enjoy the nickname that the other had given him. It just felt nice to be as close to Rantaro as he was. "You're really sweet, Taro. Really, you are."
“And so are you love,”
"Aww," Kaito smiled softly. "Really though, you're amazing, and I'm so glad to have you in my life. I'm not sure what I'd do without you, so as I said, I am so glad to have you in my life. I haven't said it until now, but I think now's the time to say it. I love you, Rantaro."

Kaito smiled at the response. He knew that the other was going to say that, as he had made his feelings completely obvious by then, but it still felt nice to hear that. It made him incredibly happy to hear Rantaro say that he loved him as well.
"Awww," he said softly. "I'm glad that we have each other."
