Avatar Last Airbender OPEN 5/7

The newest avatar requires training, and the monks at the newly reformed Northern Air Temple are more than happy to lend a hand. Of course, there's just one tiny problem: the avatar is about 10000 miles away! Cue the epic adventures of the avatar and their new traveling companions as they do their best to get to their new teachers.

Appearance: Lean, built like a dancer; 5'10. Dark brown hair, chin-length and wavy. Grey-blue eyes with low-set brows that give her a thoughtful, scrutinizing look. A thin white scar trailing across her nose.
Personality: Dutiful and focused, Shei carries herself as maturely as she can especially in the presence of younger people. She has serious oldest-sibling vibes and is constantly torn between being the levelheaded one and kidding around with the others the way she wants. Easily overwhelmed but great at shoving those feelings down to let out in private.
Backstory: The eldest daughter of an average middle-class Fire Nation family. As the oldest in a lineup of girls, she was the closest thing her father, a blacksmith, protege, and so he taught her the finer points of using her bending to forge iron. She would have grown up to take over the family business, but she fell in love with a boy named Duma. Duma, who dreamed of becoming a master firebender taught by the greatest, set off on a journey of his own to find the Avatar, or someone just as good, and Shei waited for months for his return. But it soon became clear that he had disappeared on his trip, and was likely dead. It was out of denial and determination to carry his dream of becoming an expert firebender that Shei, to the disapproval of her parents, packed a bag and set out on a trip to master her element.
Likes: Play-wrestling with her friends, heights, listening to others talk, reading, machines, blacksmithing.
Dislikes: Recklessness, people who refuse to be team players, failure, not knowing what to do.

Backstory: Elowan was born into a family of actors who used their fire to illustrate stories. She was taught the ancient art along with everyone around her. She hung out with a few shitty people when she was younger which led to her getting into fights. She found that she liked fighting, and was pretty good at it. Eventually, she got in a fight with the son of the leader of the fire dancers and was kicked out, left to wander the fire nation with no support system of family. She did her best to make a living, wandering through the four nations on an eternal quest of exploration.
Likes: Beating people, when a gut feeling ends up being right, fire, winning fights, impressing people with her bending
Dislikes: Being beaten, loosing, disappointing close friends/family, friends/family getting hurt, losing control, having to plan ahead, being proven wrong

Backstory: Was abandoned as a baby because his family was killed by fire nation, he was hidden in a tree by his mother but she never returned and 2 hours later a man named reese lost a traveler from the earth nation found him and took him in his huge mountain houses and at age 12 he let sato travel with his 9 foot hawk storm tohave his own adventure
Likes: animals, eating, socializing, and nature
Dislikes: Evil people and snotty rich people

(storm is a giant hawk that was originally reese,s but he gave storm to sato to have a adventure with him and protect sato…… storms species is the great bird, birds that are 9 feet tall, grey feathers and live high in the mountains and cause winds to knock back preadators they don,t like humans but reese is like a father to storm and storm feels like sato is like a brother….
