Gravity Falls RP|Will Involve human!Bill|Open

As if I wasn't in enough roleplays already, here I go again. So, my brain thought "Hey, there's not enough good Human!Bill fanfics out there."; however, I don't really write fanfic and just thought I could roleplay it instead. That way, I could get away with an OC insert much better. Don't worry, y'all will get OCs too. You can play multiple characters, so if someone wants to play a canon character and an OC you can.

The main plot goes very similar to a Road To Redemption-style fanfic. After Bill pretty much dies, the Axolotl decides to give him another chance. However, there is a twist, as the Axolotl turns him into a human child and takes away his powers. He wakes up on Earth right near his statue and either he finds the Pines or the Pines find him. They decide to ̶g̶i̶v̶e̶ ̶h̶i̶m̶ ̶a̶ ̶c̶h̶a̶n̶c̶e̶ keep a close eye on him just in case he has something planned. They aren't particularly nice to him and don't really give him good conditions, but he's not dead. Name: Kagayaku Tsuki
Age: 25
Species: Dragon
Gender: Female
Personality: Kagayaku Tsuki is a loyal and proud dragon who upholds her duties, even to the point of death. She is a no-nonsense girl, but can be patient at times. She is honest and very brave, but can often be rude and doesn't really like people.
Appearance: Kagayuku Tsuki is 10 feet tall from talon-tip to horn-tip and is 15 feet long from snout to tail-tip. She has silvery scales with pearlescent purple undertones, as well as black horns and galaxy eyes with white, starry pupils. She has a large pair of black feathery wings and black feathers on the end of her tail. Imagine her build to be similar to a skywing, but smaller.
Culture/Lore (If creature not explored in the show and optional): Dragons are actually better creatures than mythology makes them out to be. Instead of greedy creatures bent on hoarding gold and killing livestock, they are noble creatures bent on redeeming the evil and helping people from the shadows. Their names are similar to tribe cat names, except translated into another language, usually Asian languages, and are never shortened. For an example of this, Kagayaku Tsuki means Shining Moon in Japanese.

Species: Lyrin (Leer-in)
Gender: Female
Personality: Ren may be sweet, but she's also sarcastic and stubborn. She's clever, brave, and always stands up for what she believes in. She cares deeply about those who are close to her, and would do anything to protect them. That being said, she also has a rebellious streak, an undying curiosity, and a longing for adventure. It can be difficult, but earning Ren's trust is worth it. However, once that trust is shattered, it is much harder to get it back.
Appearance: Ren is 5'2 with light tan skin, pointed ears, and white horns. She has long turquoise green hair that fades to a dark blue, usually pulled into a braid, orange-gold eyes, and a tattoo-like marking on her shoulder resembling flames.
Culture/Lore: Lyrin are a race of humanoid beings with the ability to heal, and a good number of them can make plants grow. On rare occasion, they may have control over another element of nature, and those that do have tattoo-like markings that represent that element. They are much faster than humans, have heightened senses, and can communicate with animals. Lyrin believe humans to be dangerous and destructive, and live in hidden villages to avoid being discovered.
Other: The element powers thing works like bending in Avatar: The Last Airbender

Mabel walks in the woods with her brother Dipper, who has his face in the Journal. "Come on," she says to him as she pushes down the journal, "we already defeated Bill. What more do you need from that old book?" Dipper sighs before placing the journal in a purse-like bag that he has with him, "Something just feels wrong. Didn't it seem too easy to you, Mabel?"

(BTW, Dipper's going to be an NPC that we all just throw around.)

( kk) bill, who had been trapped in stone for just about three summers. Or at least that's how it felt… Finally was able to move. Not much but enough to cause concern.

"Easy," Mabel asked Dipper, "that was easy to you? I'd hate to see what hard looks like." Dipper nudged her arm and answered her semi-rhetorical question, "There was a lot of build-ups, but in the end, we didn't have to do much to him at all." Mabel let out a giggle, "If he comes back we'll just do the same thing. Don't worry, bro-bro."

First, it was the stone around his hands, then his arms and head. The rock fell to the ground, eventually freeing him. Though something was off, as he looked himself up and down he realized he was human mostly no more they 17. “ well isn't this lovely”

Turns out another creature was watching, and they made sounds in the bushes and then disappeared.

"We should get home," Dipper said, "Grunkle Stan might be worried about us." Mabel smiled and followed her brother. "Alright, bro-bro."

(Also, I am giving my dragon girl the voice of Eclipsa.)

( ok) bill decided to go visit his old friends. Of course they'd be older but it should still be fun to play with dippers mind.

Dipper and Mabel got home, but Grunkle Stan was nowhere to be seen. They just assumed he was off making fake money or something. They were sitting on the couch when they were disrupted by noise.

Bill had gotten into their rooms “ ah crap.. Why does maple tree have so many sweaters!?”

Mabel looked around, "Did you hear a voice?" Dipper nodded, "It sounded kinda like.." They both blurted out the word Bill at the same time.

He walked around, clearly looking for something. After not being able to find it bill sat down on her bed. “ first I come back human, then I can't find the thing I need, now my whole body hurts. Can it get any worse?”

Bill moved around in the room, making his way out to the hall way. He was dressed in black boots with tight like suit pants and a bright yellow tailcoat. Split at the end. His brick pattern followed halfway up the coat and a single basic eye right in the middle. His black hat also stayed on his head.
