If you are familiar with the tv show Grimm, then you'll understand the premise of this RP. I have a character who is a Grimm and two possibilities for a plot. Can be either a modern or historical setting.
andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)’s rules still apply but (for anyone not familiar) the show does have some dark elements.

Gender: Female
Species: Grimm
Personality: Her life as a Grimm has left her more than a bit jaded and doesn't trust anyone but herself and the few relatives she has but even they don't know everything. She is fiercely protective of the very few people who made it past her walls.
Appearance: Meg is 5’8”, very athletic in build, her eyes are a deceptively warm brow, as much as she prefers having her dark brown hair long; she often cuts it to a short bob, which actually highlights her sharp facial structure.
Favorite/usual outfit or attire: She often wears a comfy t-shirt and a pair of cargo pants or just blue jeans with a beat-up dark green pea coat and hiking boots. The coat has a few hidden pockets added to it for weapons. She almost always carries a messenger bag which always has a journal and sketchbook inside aside.
Likes: Her dad’s ”hunting” cabin, reading, journaling, drawing, and occasionally fighting.
Dislikes: Being unprepared or underestimated, Geier, needing help.
Hobbies/Talents: Drawing, seeing Wesen
Strength: Great fighter
Weakness: A bit stubborn/prideful. She hates to admit when she's in over her head.
Family: Her mom who moved to Florida after Meg’s dad was killed.
Backstory: She first started seeing Wesen five years ago when her father was shot in front of her. He was taken to the hospital but it didn't look good. Before he died, he gave Meg the keys to his cabin where he keeps ”everything”. There was also a note for her explaining a lot of what she would end up going through.

Meghan sighed as she parked her motorcycle at the local library. She didn't mind coming here, it was actually pretty peaceful. But she needed some information and even with modern technology… she preferred to do translations the old fashioned way. Less of a chance to mix up the actual meaning. At least in her experience. She took off her helmet and shook her short hair loose before going inside and making her way to the language section. Her messanger bag swinging at her side as she dug out a small notebook and flipped through the pages.

Valria had just sat down with a book in the library, skimming through the pages of an old history book. She hummed to herself quietly noticing the girl walking through the rows of shelves though she didn't look at her, but she could smell her. Though she was too preoccupied to pull herself away from her reading she just continued humming and turned to a new page.

Meg sighed softly as she looked through the shelves, grabbing a few books that looked like they could help before heading over to the nearest table. One of them slipped out of her hand onto the table, thudding a bit which caused her to curse under her breath before realizing there was someone else at the table. “Oh, sorry. I can move if you’d rather be alone.” she apologized to the woman.

She jumped a bit when she heard the thud but when she realized what it was she turned to look at the woman, with a warm smile and a hand over her chest "oh don't worry about it it's alri-" once she looked into the eyes of the other woman she expression changed drastically and her blood ran cold, she saw her eyes… the color- *she had to leave. She hurriedly stood up almost knocking over her chair not bothering to grab her book she just tried to get out of there without being murdered.
(Ironically, I'm rewatching it on Prime right now)
Meg gave a slight smile at the assurance before both their expressions froze. Oh, great… she sighed rolling her eyes before grabbing the woman’s hand as she stumbled against the chair. “Hey, just calm down. You can stay and I’ll move.” she assured. “It's not a big deal.”

Valria ripped her hand away from the woman and raised bit up to her chest, "y-your a Grimm. " she said not blinking as she looked at the girl before her. Her heart was beating rapidly and she tried to make sense of what the girl was saying to her. "Why.. Why are you not trying to kill me??" She asked a slight whine in her voice.

Meg let out a sigh and rubbed her eyes as if fighting back a headache. “I am but I'm not here for you. I’m not here to kill anyone, ok?” she insisted. “I’m just here to get some translations for something in Latin. There’s no need to cause a scene.”

“It's just something from a family book.” Meg answered, slowly taking a seat. “If you know what I am, you can probably guess what kind of book I’m talking about.” she shrugged, gesturing for the Wesen to sit down. “I promise I’m not going to hurt anyone. I won't even bother you while you read and I work.”

Meg gave a small half-smile before opening one of the books and her notebook. “I’m not going to kill you. At the moment, I have no intention of killing anyone.” she assured. “I’m just keeping up on some research. I only know a few languages and, I’m sorry to say, Latin isn’t one of them.” she sighed shaking her head. “You can stay if you want. Just don't cause a scene because of what I am. That’s all I ask.”
