Alexander nodded as he helped John get up and helped him get to the shower. "Do you need help with anything else, love?"

John shook his head and then looked down at all the bruises. His eyes started to water and he quickly brushed the tears away so Alex wouldn't see. John looked at Alex and smiled, "Just please don't do anything dumb. It's not worth it. I-If I lost you… That would hurt more than this." John kissed him for a long time. Just wanting to enjoy something right then and now.

Alex was about to say something before he was interrupted by John's kiss. At first, he wanted to pull away, but he just let himself enjoy the kiss. After a while, he pulled away, interrupting their long make-out session. "Okay, okay. I promise. I love you, John. How about you go take a shower, and I make you some food?"

John nodded and continued to take a shower. He finally finished and then got dressed in a black loose hoodie and sweatpants.

While John was taking a shower, he made something hot for John to eat. He grabbed John's phone and sent Lee a text, asking if they could meet. "Since I sent the text with John's phone. Lee is going to think it's from John. Hopefully, that bastard responds before John comes out. If not, I'm going to be in lots of trouble."
Lee responded with a yes just a soon as John came out. John didn't even bother to pick up his phone. He just ate his food and yawned. "C-Can you cuddle with me?", John asked in a sleepy voice.

"Of course, sweetheart," Alex said as he took John to the couch and cuddled with him. He kissed John and smiled. "I'm lucky to have someone like you. I love you, dear."
