Corian nodded. "Alright."
The next morning quickly came it and was almost time to train again.
Corian came to the training room.
So did Phoenix.
Corian stretched, sighing softly. They had a week until the games.
Phoenix went to where she normally did to train.
He glanced over at her, but said nothing as he began training.
What did he want? she wondered.
Corian continued training.
Phoenix got to training.
Corian sighed softly.
Soon the other tributes were training as well.
Corian took a deep breath, continuing to train.
Mia was making sure the Capitol tributes were training hard enough to be accepted into the Career Pack.
Corian was silent as he trained.
Mia was happy with how hard he was training. "You definitely have a great chance of winning the Games," she told him.
He looked up. "Hmm? Oh. Thanks." He replied slowly.
"You might even win with Phoenix!" Mia said.
Corian shrugged. "That's a scary idea." He replied with a soft chuckle.
"She knows what she's doing," Mia said.
"I know." Corian replied.
"I think you two might win," Mia said.
He nodded. "We might."
Mia smiled. "I believe in you guys."
Corian nodded again. "Okay. Thanks."
"You're welcome!" Mia said.
He nodded to her, and continued training.
Mia continued watching.
He kept training.
