"I think you like more about me than you think." She laughed, picking up her pace a little bit.
"Owwww." He stopped, then laughed and kept on going. "Feisty!"
"Why, I'd be so boring if I wasn't, hmm? Personality!"
"Yes! Personality! We all have a ton, and if we didn't we would all be like rocks!" "
"Living rocks. Imagine a bunch of boring old walking rocks just mindlessly roaming our territory?"
"That's actually very freighting," Oakleaf pointed out, "I don't think I would survive a day with them, oh wait, I would be one of them."
"Yeah, you'd be too mindless to notice. Although, you're pretty mindless already." Finchsong smirked.
"Excuse ME!?" He blurted, padding ahead of her, "You would be the mindless of the mindless groups!"
"Not if I can come up with that comeback!" She headbutted his side and hopped ahead, closer to dark.
"That comeback was worse then you last comeback!" He teased, "My comebacks are better comebacks."
"Really? How're you going to comeback from that?" Finchsong laughed, trotting along a bit behind Dark.
“That was a horrible comeback!” He treased, following up behind her, “mine was way better.”
"Mine had a pun, though. A play on words is always more enjoyable. Unless you hate puns, of course."
“I don’t really care, but mine was better.”
"Well, that's your opinion. And opinions are always neither right nor wrong."
“There neutral!” Oakleaf exclaimed.
"In a way, yes. But neutral things are usually more agreed upon."
“And your statement in not neutral, it’s negitive!”
"I never implied that it was neutral."
“Well I did!” He said triumphantly.
"You just said that it was negative!"
“I know! I did!” He laughed, racing ahead, he was clearly getting supper energetic.
"You're contradicting yourself!" Finchsong contemplated following him, but the pain in her leg made her decide otherwise.
“I am now confused, really, what are you talking about or what am I talking about, I really don’t know at the moment.”
"I don't know. Let's just drop the topic for now. I think we're almost to the mountains."

The sound of the roaring waterfall made everything feel wet and fuzzy, almost like a soft nest. Leaping over a rock, Oakleaf stared in awe as he saw the magnificent waterfall. “It’s beautiful.”
