Kokichi was walking into his classroom as another school day was close to starting. He genuinely felt rather sick, but he was being stubborn and decided to attend class anyway. He knew that none of his classmates cared, and he would've been yelled at if he stayed home, so despite it all, he just went to class. He sat at his desk and sat there, silent. Usually he'd be chatting or causing chaos, but he was just quiet. He didn't have the energy to interact with the others.
Kiibo sat in class, letting kokichi sit beside him “ are you alright my dear friend?”
"Yeah, I'm okay…" Kokichi replied, putting a fair amount of effort into sounding okay. "Why are you asking, Kiiboy? It's not like you care… You probably can't even process emotions…"
“ first off. I can feel emotions so fuck off. Second off I care because you are my best friends “
"If you want me to fuck off, I will, Kiiboy…!" Kokichi replied. "That was a lie. Nishishi~!" he laughed, but it ended with him coughing a bit. "I-ignore that… I'm okay…!"
“ no, no I won't.” he said, becoming worried
"Kiiboy…I feel just fine…" Kokichi argued. "Stop worrying already…!"
Kiibo sighed, pulling kokichi closer and becoming a heater
"H-huh…?" Kokichi mumbled softly, a bit confused by the other's actions. "K-Kiiboy…what…are you doing…?"
“ keeping you warm, your body is unnatural hot, which means your sick..”
Kokichi shook his head. "Kiiboy…I feel fine…" he argued, though his voice sounded weak. "I-I'm not sick, and there's no need to keep me warm…! I'm fine, got it…?"
“ your giving in ya know.”
Kokichi shook his head again. "Am not…! Where's your proof…?!"
“ your temp, your mood and your body signs “
"Could just be hot because you're heating me up. As for my mood, I'm always like this, and I dunno what about my body language gives anything away, so…" Kokichi sighed. "Therefore, you have no proof…!"
“ would you quit fighting me and relax!?”
"I'll quit fighting when you realize that I'm fine…!" Kokichi attempted to yell, though his voice was barely above a whisper.
“ your raspy as well..”
Kokichi shook his head. "I sound fine, Kiibo…!"
“ Kokichi!”
Kokichi looked at him. "What…?!"
“Just..listen to me.”
"Kiiboy…I can assure you…that…" Kokichi trailed off as he fell into a brief but rather intense coughing fit.
Kiibo helped kokichi recover as best he could “ see you not okay!”
Kokichi replied once the fit ended. "I-I'm not that bad off… I can stay here…"
“ stay with me..”
"Kiiboy…we-we have school…" Kokichi argued, his voice only growing raspier as he continued speaking. "I-I'm okay…"
“ you sound really sick.”
