Ever smiled softly. “My parents made me come too, and being the idiot I am, I tried to be a ‘good son’ and socialize. Sitting over here was definitely a better option, I think.” I really hope I’m not acting awkward again, he thought.

“You’re a pilot?” Ever asked, a tiny bit impressed. “Like, you can fly ships and everything?” He had quite the way of stating the obvious.
Aquila caught Karina's look, and mustered up a smile, nodding to her. Selene's daughter. Stupid. When is Vesper going to be here? The other boy had contacted him to let him know that he would be coming; it was half the reason he was here. He hadn't seen Sybil's son in years. He didn't know what the other was like anymore, but he knew he could count on the boy to help him.

“No way! That’s so cool!” Ever exclaimed. “Wait a minute, are you Thorne’s daughter? Did he teach you to pilot?”

(not much. Ever and Aquila came over to the girls. Aquila is currently staring at Katrina and thinking about how much he wants to kill her mother)
(Um… hi Very proud stalker here. And Gracie, all of the characters have basically converged with Cosmina. Introductions have been made, but Thea and Ever are conversing so you probably don’t want to interrupt that. Maybe break up some of the tension between Karina and Aquila?)

Lisette swirled around and made her way to Aquila and Karina. “Hello. I’m Lisette.” The redhead subconsciously ran her fingers through her curls until she hit a knot. “Merde!” She was sick of tangles.
Vesper had arrived. He was wearing a rather ill fitting dress shirt, and slacks. He looked around the room and spotted Aquila in a group of others that seemed about their age, then looked away again, and decided to simply wander.
A wry smile played on his lips as, who he could only assume to be Vesper, came into view. Aquila caught his eye from across the room and fired back a subtle nod, noticeable only to those who cared enough to watch. "Pleasure," Aquila greeted, taking note of the vibrant red hair in his vision. Hello, Ms. Scarlet.

Lisette swirled around and made her way to Aquila and Karina. “Hello. I’m Lisette.” The redhead subconsciously ran her fingers through her curls until she hit a knot. “Merde!” She was sick of tangles.
Karina smiled lightly, happy that no one was freaking out about her presence. She was normal. It was everything she ever wanted. Watching Lisette struggle with her hair, she also felt thankful for her normal thickness of hair and that it only had simple waves. The red curls looked strenuous to take care of. There was very little french that she knew of, but the single word shouted by the other girl made her flinch. Her parents didn't know that she new profanities in foreign languages, so she kept quiet about it.
Vesper nodded back to Aquila, raking a hand through his dark hair as he walked around the room. He sighed quietly, and drank some of the punch. He touched a hand to the scar on his wrist, remembering what he had promised his mother. Levana and Aquila, always. His own wants came second. Always.

“You can highjack planes?” Ever asked, dumbfounded for a moment. “That is so freaking cool!” He grinned. “Have you highjacked a lot?”

“Three so I guess” Thea shrugged then remembered one thing “I never got your name”
“Oh, yeah,” he laughed. “Ever Hayle-Clay, at your service.” He jokingly did a small bow from where he was sitting. “I didn’t get your name, either.”
“Do you speak French?” Lisette asked Karina. Why else would she flinch? She chipped at the galaxy patterns painted on her nails.

Karina pushed a strand of hair behind an ear before nodding. "Not fluently, but some," she replied. She knew quite a bit for her age, but didn't want to seem like spoiled royalty who knew every little thing. Because really, she didn't. There were certain tenses that she didn't know how to use very well.

“Thea Mai Thorne” Thea gave a slight bow from her seat on the ground and chuckled as she tipped over onto her side
Ever laughed with her, his eyes crinkling at the corners. “Need a hand?” he volunteered, holding his hand out to help her sit up.
“Cool! I’ve always wanted to learn more languages. But I’m too busy with the farm.” Lisette cringed. No one wants to know about that. You idiot.
