Alignment: On the surface she seems hero but she is secretly very much a villian
Appearance: Silver hair that reaches to just above her shoulders, and it looks like she had hacked it off herself. Big red eyes that she hides behind dark brown eye contacts. Tall with gangly limbs, and pale skin. A birthmark in the shape of a cresent moon with more red flecks around it on her forearm that she keeps hidden underneath long sleeves, even on boiling hot days.
Quirk: Invisibility in the night, Inflicting, and Empathy. [She calls it Shadow Domain]
Hero/Villain Suit: A simple black jumpsuit with silver holsters for weapons, and red metal buckles and clasps. She has a half mask that is red for it's base color, then there's a splatter of black that represent her shadows.

Blair is an Icelandic name and Blair is Icelandic, so I was thinking that when he was young, his parents moved to Japan and that's why.

Alignment: Hero-in-training
Appearance: Short, messy, curly blonde hair with tan skin and hazel eyes. Medium-tall height and medium-weight with a wider-set build and body.
Quirk: Energy Absorption/Dispersion (Able to absorb all forms of energy (kinetic, static, centripetal, etc.) and store them in his body to release in a wave of energy. If he absorbs too much energy, his body forcefully releases all energy he has absorbed, which causes him to black out.)
Hero Suit: (White with gold vertical stripes along his sides, along with a utility belt that has a middle with the letters KF printed on it) Protective full-body suit with leg and arm bracers, which also act to help gather as much energy as possible. Frictionless shoes he can switch on and off. His suit is also loose to build up energy with every movement he makes.
Hero Name: Kinetic Force
Other: He is rather energetic and a bit of a spazz. Usually cheery/happy-go-lucky. Very honest. Has no filter. Usually discharges his energy all the time in tiny little sparks and fizzing unless he is in a battle. He cannot absorb any energy while he is asleep.

Alignment: Neutral, sides with her friends
Appearance: Collarbone-length light-brown hair with dark-brown skin and blue-green eyes. Medium-short height with a lighter weight and a skinny and more narrow-set body.
Quirk: Stretch (Able to stretch her body out into longer-but-still-mobile parts. Has a maximum limit to how far she can stretch herself, which would be about as far as half of a skyscraper. Always has to revert back to normal every few minutes or risk getting stretched limbs tangled.)
Hero/Villain Suit: Skin-tight blue full-body suit with white gloves and boot-slippers, all of which are made with a stretchy material that stays on her body no matter how much she bends and stretches. White utility belt that also stretches with her.
Hero/Villain Name: Elastica
Other: Gives off an indifferent vibe to everything. Usually chill, cold, apathetic, logical, and calculating. Does not usually enjoy physical touch unless she's fighting. Chews her fingernails when bored or nervous.
Aight, everyone's accepted! I'll work on the "extras"! (btw they're technically not going to be NPCs, more like APCs(all player characters lol). Anyone can control them if needed/wanted, but obviously if someone's using them in a certain scenario you can't just start doing it at the same time as them. I'll do some canon and some non-canon characters, any canon ones anyone would like to see in here?)

Also, I'd love to do that, but I've just got one thing: what about the whole "the entrance exam was kind of rigged against Shinsou" thing? How would he pass and get into the Hero Course?
(What if one of our characters gets trapped or some shit, and he ends up helping them for some weird reason, and then the people who pass them have no excuse not to pass him, because he- Wait. Shit. That's how Izuku got in. Never moind me!)
