"Too fucking late." And it was true. It was too late.

Roman had started tracking them down and it was getting difficult. He was worried what they might do to Patton. Would Virgil protect him? Roman hoped Patton could hold on a little longer.

"Patton, listen. Morals aren't real. There is only power, and those too weak to get it."

Patton shook his head, "You're wrong. Doing good in this world is the way to go."
Remus rolled his eyes at the statement.

"What is good, but being restricted? In this world, being good gets you nowhere."

"Oh yeah? I got a wonderful family. That counts as something and-", Patton cut off at the glare Remus had given him.
Remus looked at Janus, "I'm getting sick of his mouth."

"So? I have a family too, but that isn't good. Good is weakness. Evil is power."

Patton took a glance at Virgil, "So this is what you want Kid-….Virgil? Power?" Patton closed his eyes and sighed. He wasn't going to say anything else. He was aching and tired.

"That's all I've ever wanted." Virgil said

Now Patton had to at least say one more thing. "Really? I thought there was a special person."

"That bastard? Too egotistical…"

When Remus heard this his head turned Virgil in disbelief. Did Virgil like his brother? Then looked over and caught Janus's eye. Seeing how he might react.

Janus didn't care. All he cared about was converting.
"You are not useful in this world…" Janus and Virgil said

Patton was truly scared now. Those words went straight to his head. Did the others need him?

Patton was in lots of pain, physically and mentally. His head was starting to fill with doubts and fears. Lies, he told himself. They couldn't be true. His heart started feeling cold.

"It's the truth, ike it or not… No one wants you."

Patton started whimpering. It's not true, its not t- Or is it?, said a new voice in his head. And that did it. Patton broke.

He converted into Amorality.

The last feeling of morality slipped away from Patton.

"It worked…"

Roman burst into the room, "Patton?!"

"Patton isn't here…" Janus and Virgil

Patton smirked at Roman, "Hello dissapointment!"
Roman looked at the rest of them and growled, "What have you done to him?" Roman saw Virgil and his face fell, "V?"

"What, Egotist?"

Patton laughed a cruel laugh and circle Roman, "What do you think Ro? Do you like what you see?"
Roman clenched his hands.
Patton saw this, "I always knew you liked Virgil….Doesn't him being on the Dark Sides make you want to too?"
Roman glared at Patton and restrained himself from doing any harm. He was still Patton down there somewhere, "Well you love Logan. What would he say about this?"
Patton eyes burned and he striked Roman.

"Logan doesn't care about him. All he cares about is facts and logic." Janus told Roman.

Roman rolled his eyes, "You be surprised at what us Light Sides think." Roman rubbed his cheek and summoned his katana, "Now fix them or I will personally harm you."
Remus growled and summoned his mace. He stepped in front of Janus, "You need to rethink your whole attitude. Don't you ever give up?"

"Oh, dear me. You think you can hurt me!"

Roman took a step fowards, "If I have to hurt you to protect my friends….I will." Roman looked at Remus with a smirk, "What's wrong brother? Can't your little snake friend fight for himself?"
