“N-Nikka?” Ollie looked up and hugged her when he’d confirmed it was actually her. “Oh, thank god…”

Nikka was momentarily surprised, but quickly hugged him tightly. "I know, it's a mess down here, isn't it? Don't worry, we're gonna find them soon."

“This place… i-it’s terrible. I will never return if I can help it.” From then on, Ollie stayed very close to Nikka, but didn’t really get any better.

"I know. No one likes this place." Nikka soothed, exuding false confidence.

“Everything is a huge mess and there’s nothing I can do about it! W-We don’t have any power here!” Ollie looked around again. “I swear to god if you four don’t show up we are all screwed! Especially Thomas! What the hell’s he supposed to do without his four main emotions?! We’re all just going to die and there’s nothing we can do about it!” He picked something up and threw it at something that resembled a wall.

"Ollie! Stop! You can't lose hope, ok? We're going to find them; I have no plans to die today." Nikka said, smiling through her panic.

C snapped, appearing near the group. "So sorry, I was speaking to Nas about the last time they delivered information."

“C! You are most definitely needed. Coping Methods are your specialty after all.” Ollie ran his fingers through his hair nervously.

"Hey, C," Nikka added. She started rubbing her arms again, feeling the anxiety coming back.

"Indeed it is, deep breathing. Note that I am probably one of the people less affected by the atmosphere." C said, his voice soothing.

“Yeah I tried that one. It didn’t work.” When we get back I am going to stress clean the entire place.

Nikka breathed deeply, trying to hide her racing heart. She wasn't supposed to get scared or anxious. She was supposed to be an optimist and confident. It's going to be fine, it's going to be fine.

"It's kinda cool though, us going on a grand adventure as best friends, right?" asked Narcissus.

“For a ‘grand adventure’, I feel like we could have picked a more enjoyable spot, you know. God, this place is driving me mad…” Ollie held his head in his hands again, groaning. “I’ve got the worst headache…”

"Hold onto me, pocket protector. We'll be leaving soon, we just have to find clues, any clues." Narcissus put his arms around Ollie to support him.

Nikka smiled at her brother, hearing his use of the words "grand adventure." That made it sound a lot less scary.

Ollie sighed. “Fine… I just hope it’s over soon. By the way, don’t be surprised if everything in your rooms are suddenly clean once we get back.” Ollie walked with Narcissus, still calling out for the main sides while they went. (So when are we gonna find them lmao)

(Well maybe they find a series of cryptic clues and it starts a cool arc we can use to see how our characters will attempt to support Thomas and deal with their own crazy life as well as running around like decapitated chickens trying to find their missing parents.

Also I have an idea for a second character that I'd like to use, but I don't want to be annoying. Could I use him or at least show my boi to you to judge if it's okay, @Annoying?)

"Hey, you stole my Ollie!" said Nikka, feigning offense.
(Also I hecking love that idea.)

Nikka straightened her spine. If someone wanted a fight, they were going to get a fight.
