(I just wanted to talk to my girlfriend… Was it our conversation about randomness? sigh I just want to talk to her, and yet that happens… I'm naturally loud, people…)
Patton smiled softly at that, knowing that Logan was trying his hardest to show his affection. "It's a start, but…" Patton pulled Logan close and kissed him again. He mostly took this conversation as an excuse to kiss him again, forgetting that the others were there.
Logan flushed red, equally as confused and startled as he'd been the first time Patton kissed him. Virgil kept laughing, though he tried to be as quiet as possible.
Patton pulled away after a moment, and he was smiling softly as he did. "I love you, Lo."
Roman nudged Virgil to get him to actually be quiet to not ruin the "moment". He was enjoying everything.
Virgil covered his mouth with one hand to muffle his laughing. "Erm… I love you as well?" Logan offered, still incredibly clueless.

Roman was just glad that Virgil could no longer be heard by Patton and Logan, allowing the awkward but somehow kind of cute in a way moment to continue.
"You'll understand better soon. Also, I'm sorry for that. It's just a way that I show how much I love you," Patton said.

Logan nodded, still incredibly bewildered. He hated not understanding things, but he seemed to have landed himself in a very confusing situation. Virgil kept his mouth covered, still snickering quietly.
"You'll understand soon. You'll catch on. I know that feelings are hard for you to understand, but you'll catch on. You need to stop ignoring them as well. I'll always be here to help you out, but just know that ignoring your emotions isn't a good idea," Patton said.
Logan nodded again. "You're very emotional, so you're the expert, Patton." He hummed softly. "I need to do more research, though…"
"Research? I'm not sure what you really need to research… I know that feelings are confusing to you, but I'm not sure how much you'll find, since it's never worked for you… I'm always here to help," Patton said.
"Ah… well, I could research how to be an ideal partner?" He suggested. "I'm probably far from that ideal at the moment."
"Logan, I can already say that there is no scientifically proven ideal partner. It all depends on the person, and everyone's different," Patton said.
Logan sighed softly. "This whole relationship thing is very complicated… I can't find any of the answers in textbooks."
"Logan, relationships aren't a thing in textbooks; they're a thing to experience, to learn with the heart and not the mind," Patton said.
"My heart is cold and small. Do you think Google could help me?" Logan asked, humming thoughtfully.
"I'm not sure if Google would really help… Logan, I'm going to help you out, I promise," Patton said.
"Alright, alright… I need a lot of help in that area, though. And I can't just suddenly become a compassionate, affectionate being."
'I know that you need a lot of help, and I know that it will take some time, but I am right here to help you out. For one thing, you can't just ignore your emotions, because you need to experience them yourself to fully understand them, no matter how well I explain them to you," Patton said.
Logan sighed quietly. "But they're so troublesome and inconvenient. I don't have time to feel emotions!"
"Yes you do, Logan… I know that they can be strange, but they're important and a part of life…" Patton said.
Logan huffed indignantly and looked away. "I've rewired my brain over the years to experience as little emotion as possible. It's not going to revert to my childhood state so easily."
"I know that, but you really do need to pay more attention to your emotions. I know that you have them, but you usually ignore them, and that's actually not a good idea, Logan," Patton said.
"I paid attention to my emotions when I was a child, and that was far worse than the state I'm in now." Logan sighed and looked away.
"O-Oh…. I-I'm… I'm sorry…" Patton said, also looking away from not just Logan, but everyone else, too, feeling like this conversation had hurt Logan in some way.
Virgil seemed a bit confused and concerned as he watched. "What happened, Lo? Who hurt you?" Logan shook his head a bit. "That's none of your business."
"Virgil, he's not going to tell any of us about his past… You know that he isn't going to open up about any of that… Not even Patton can make him open up about that…" Roman said.
"I-I know, but… It's worth a try… Lo, we really do care about you." Logan just shook his head a bit again and silently retreated to his room.
"Well, I guess that's how it's going to be… I'm sure that Patton will get him to talk about it sooner or later, but unti then, there's no point in mentioning it," Roman said.
Virgil sighed softly and stared at the floor, feeling guilty. "I just… I can tell he had a bad childhood. I did, and he's showing a lot of the same signs. He just doesn't know it."
"If anyone can get him to talk about it, you'd be able to help him, probably being able to relate. I mean, it would make sense…" Roman said.
