I am if y'all are

I am. How about you, Shadow Knight?
(Yep! Who wants to start?)
(I probably could if you need me to)
(Okay! Thanks!)
Logan had awoken early, as usual, and had made himself coffee to get through what he knew would be a long and tedious day. He loved his roommates, much as he hated to admit it, but they were definitely insufferable most of the time. He knew Virgil would be sleeping in late, or at least staying in his room doing god knows what for a while longer. His other roommates weren't quite as predictable. He glanced up from his cup of coffee as someone else entered the kitchen.
Deceit slipped into the kitchen not long after Logan. Looks like this morning was an early morning. Deceit had absolutely no sleep schedule, either waking up at the crack of dawn or sleeping in till one in the afternoon.
"Good morning, Logan." He said in a monotone voice as he opened the cabinet, grabbing his coffee cup.
Logan nodded in greeting and returned to his coffee. He was flipping through some textbook, naturally, and looked rather tired. "Do you happen to know the time?" He asked, his voice monotone and dry.
Patton suddenly entered the kitchen, seemingly happy. "Good morning, Logan! Good morning, Deceit!" He smiled, being excited for what the day would bring him. "I'm very excited for the day! I'm going to see some animals and maybe help them today!"
(I'll be in P.E. for a while, so I'll reply after!)
Deceit put his cup down before rolling up his sleeve and down his glove to check the watch he wore. It didn't work. He looked at it as if it worked before rolling his glove up and sleeve back down. "I have no idea." He said with a sigh, waiting for the coffee to finish.
"Good morning, Patton." Logan nodded politely and sipped his coffee again, returning to his textbook reading. "Where are the others?" He asked.
"Asleep, I'm pretty sure," Patton replied. "It's only about six in the morning. I have somewhere to be by seven thirty and I need to get ready. I'm sure they'll be up later."
"Six? Alright…" Logan closed his textbook and finished his coffee, dumping the cup in the sink and walking off. "I'm heading to school early. Farewell." (We're in college, right?)
(Yes. They are in college in this AU.)
"Okay! Bye, Logan!" Patton waved at Logan as he left. He definitely leaves way too early… Wait, does he even have classes today? I swear, he loves school a little too much… Patton sighed as he thought that, slightly concerned.
Deceit waved as Patton came in the room. He poured himself a cup of coffee and slowly started to sip on it. "Good morning to you too, Patton." He mumbled.
"How are you this morning, Deceit?" Patton asked, still sounding quite cheerful and he continued to look forward to what he was going to do in slightly less than an hour and a half.
Deceit shrugged as he drank the rest of his coffee. "Same as always." He said as he set the cup in the sink before leaving the kitchen.
"Ah, well, I'm great! I get to continue working with animals, and there's nothing like helping an animal and seeing how happy it is afterwards!" Patton said, the topic being all he could talk about.
Logan walked to school, as usual. He didn't actually have any classes until noon, but he figured he could study in the library for a while anyways.
Deciet had left the kitchen, leaving Patton alone.
After Deceit left, the front door slammed open. "Good morning, motherf**ers!" Remus yelled as he slammed the door open and waltzed inside. Remus worked the night shift at a drug store when he wasn't taking his classes. Remus was a night owl, so he made sure that all of his classes were scheduled at night, as well as his work. He dropped his bag on the floor before hopping up onto the counter to sit. "What's up, Patton?"
"Oh, hey, Remus! Nothing much. I just have to get ready to go in a little bit. Also, don't be so loud… Some of the others are sleeping and I don't think that they'd want to be randomly woken up at this time… It's only slightly past six, after all. Also, I assume that work went well for you. That's great, honestly! Everything's been great around here this morning! Lo already left for school, or, really, to read until school starts since his classes aren't until noon, and Dee just left the room," Patton said.
"What the f#ck, Remus." Virgil walked into the kitchen a minute later, rubbing his temples and looking very irritable and tired. "Some of us don't get enough sleep as is and aren't looking to be awoken at six in the f#cking morning." He glared at Remus, huffing indignantly. "Good morning, Patton. How are you? Where's Lo? He's usually awake by now…"
"Oh, I'm great, Virgil! Lo already left for school. I'm pretty sure that he's in the library and will be until his classes start around noon. He left a few minutes ago, if you're wondering. I have some stuff to do today, and I told Remus not to yell, but he did anyways. I hope that you won't be too mad at him for all of that. I don't need anyone fighting with each other…" Patton said, looking at Virgil.
Virgil sat down at the table and grumbled in annoyance. "Fine. No fistfights for today. Do we have coffee? I think I'm about to drop dead or something." His dark eye circles were worse than usual today. He hadn't managed to fall asleep until around five in the morning, only to be awoken an hour later by Remus's hollering. He'd always been a light sleeper, and it had been years since he'd slept fully through a night.
Remus nodded as he stood up on the counter to grab a wine glass and a bottle of wine from the top shelf. He plopped back down onto the counter, crossing his legs as he poured himself a glass. "Damn! I wanted to see if I could talk to Logan before he left. I borrowed a math book of his without asking and I meant to give it back." He said before taking sip of the wine. "Tonight's Friday, right?" He asked.
"Really, Remus? Wine at six in the morning?" Virgil raised his eyebrows a bit. "I'll never understand you… and I don't think I want to. And yes, it's Friday. Why do you ask?" He asked, resting his chin on the knuckles of one hand.
"Yeah, we have coffee. I'll make you some. Also, did you get much sleep last night? You don't look like you even slept for that long if you really slept much at all… I mean, you could've just fallen asleep seconds before Remus came in… If you can, you should probably go back to sleep for a while if you don't have classes soon. I don't want anything happening to you or the others, because I know how you are when tired… I hate seeing you guys fight…" Patton said.
"Yes, I slept. I finally fell asleep at five a.m. and now here I am, an hour later." Virgil lay his head down on the table and sighed, rubbing at his tired eyes. "School's draining the life out of me… well, what life I had left. I can't imagine there was much there to begin with, to be honest."
"Virgil, things will get better, I promise… Everything is going to get better… Once you're done with school you'll get a good job and be able to live your life… It's going to get better from here… I know that school stresses you out along with us sometimes, but it's all okay…" Patton said.
"Mm…" Virgil mumbled his assent, far too tired to come up with eloquent responses at this point. Without caffeine, there was no way he'd make it through the day. He'd never be able to properly function as a human being in this state.
