Undertale/Wings of Fire Crossover Roleplay?

It's a bit of a stretch, but I saw a comic (I saw it a while ago, for the record) and had an idea for a roleplay. This (https://www.deviantart.com/meiasaurus-rex/art/UnderHuman-The-Experiment-pt-1-652751627) is the comic and here is how it translates to this RP.

With the help of Frisk, the monsters can break the barrier; however, Alphys believes it would be smart to disguise the monsters as humans, so that no more conflict between the two. She doesn't know how to pull it off, though, and is still trying to figure that out. That's where the crossover part comes in; somehow, two wings of fire dragons have found their way into the world of Undertale. One of the two is an animus (this will be my OC) and the other found themselves there as well.

(I haven't been in the Undertale fandom for long, on the other talon, I know quite a bit about WoF)

Appearance: Looks mostly like a Nightwing other than her Icewing spikes and white wings (the actual wing not the membrane). Her wing membrane is light blue with darker blue star markings. Her horns are silver with faint swirls of frost blue. Her eyes are a galactic mix of magenta, light blue and purple with mint green scleroses.
Abilities: Ice Breath & Animus Magic
Items (Optional): Ethereal owns a necklace that keeps her soul intact (to a degree) and a moon globe that works much like Darkstalker's scroll (Red=Evil & Normal Moon Globe = Good)

Personality: reckless, curious, stubborn, doesn't really know when to quit
Appearance: orange scales fading to yellow in the middle(orange feet, half of tail and ends of her wings), Hot pink spots on the front/side of her neck, arms and beginning of tail. orange head, bright green on the front of her head, front of legs, and belly. Hot pink things behind the ear(idk what it's called). Part of Heliconia's mouth is slit open, I don't remember what i said, but i'm pretty sure it had something to do with venom and her egg. Purple eyes w/ no iris
Abilities: Color changing scales for camouflage, mood, and what not. Venom
Other: her favorite food is grapefruit

Species: Dragon (Skywing/Nightwing Hybrid, Skywing dominant)
Personality: Raven is resentful and power-hungry. She feeds on attention, no matter how negative or positive it is. She can also get easily carried away and can be quite violent at times.
Appearance: Raven has the build of a skywing, but the black scales of a rightwing. She has a long tail, long horns, and a short tongue. Her wings are sunset-toned, with black star-like scales instead of the typical silver. She has red, orange and yellow freckles dotting her snout and tail. Her eyes are amber with hints of orangish purple in them.
Abilities: Fire breathing & Animus Magic
Items (Optional): N/A
Backstory (Optional): She ended up here after being banished from the sky kingdom for crimes involving her animus magic. Gee, I wonder what those crimes were.
Other (Optional): There will be points (mostly when she uses her magic) that her eyes turn black with white hourglass-shaped pupils. This is a reference to Darkstalker's Hourglass.

(She's replacing Ethereal because I can't imagine Ethereal becoming evil or taking things too far and refusing to turn back.)
