Frank ran to where he heard the noise, unintentionally dragging Eddie with him.

Ghost tried to finish boarding the window before they got in.
He tried to look in the window, around the boards.

Ghost was dragging Leo back to his room, the living room a bloody mess.
Frank froze in shock for a few seconds, and then started throwing himself at the window, trying to break it open

Ghost heard and locked Leo into his room. He put boards over the boards and tried to keep the window secure

"Here" Eddie took a rock and gave it to Frank. "Try with this."

Ghost kept trying to block the windows and keep them out.
"Thanks," Frank smiled at Eddie, and then proceeded to smash at the window with the rock

(The urge to say "great shot babe!!")

"What else can I do to help?"

"Could you do this? You're stronger than me."

"Sure" He tried to get the wood off of the window.

Ghost was panicking, he locked Leo's room up from inside and outside, boarding everything up.
Frank stood there awkwardly for a few seconds, not sure what to do

He just disappeared after

Eddie worked the boards off as quick as he could.

Leo was laying under his desk, eyes wide. Chunks of his arms and legs were bitten off.
As soon as there was a big enough opening in the boards, Frank took the rock and shattered the window. Then he gave the rock back to Eddie and started to climb inside.

"Leo!!" Eddie called into the treehouse
Frank dropped into the room, landing on broken glass. He winced, then picked himself off of the ground and brushed off his vest. He then started to look around the room.

L: He looked a little panicked, looks around. "Wh- Who's there?!"
Frank turned in the direction of the voice and followed it until he was crouched down in front of the desk. "It's just me and Eddie. Are you alright?"

Eddie tried his best to make the opening big enough for him to fit inside. It took some time but eventually he could crawl inside.
Frank scooted over a bit to make room for Eddie

L: He was scared, looking around. "W-Where's Ghost?.."

Eddie sat down next to Frank, looking at Leo's mutilated body in horror.
"He's not here right now. Come on, let's get you out of here."

L: he looked confused and scared. "W-Where's Ghost, you two..?"
