Luca sighs heavily and paces back and forth, looking stressed. “I swear-“
(Y'all, Howdy is not southern!!! He has a transatlantic accent!!! It's way different!!!!!)

(Eddie's the southern one if anything lol. I won't be typing one out tho cus I SUCK at typing southern accents)
Via was still in home, listening, trying to figure out where Wally was. Wally was her best friend, and there was obviously something wrong. They had to help.
Meanwhile poppy was still at her house, too scared to come out.

Clover was sleeping peacefully put in the grass while Eddie made his rounds

(Pfft southern accents just have y’all and cut off words like “what’re ya’ll doin? Crazy kids.”)

Wally came behind Via, covering her mouth. “Shh…don’t make a sound…”
Via grabbed his hand, nodding.

He lets go, watching as home goes silent. “Stay silent. Got it? We’re not getting out of here any time soon.”
They nodded again, trying to read the tone in his voice. Knowing a bit of sign language, they signed to him •What's going on? Are you okay?•

He stares at her, then turns, not answering.
They rolled their eyes, still standing next to him.

He looks around, then nods to another room. “Go.”
They raised an eyebrow, shaking their head. •I'm staying with you.• they signed.

He looks up at her. “Do as I say if you want to get out in one piece.”
They rolled their eyes again. •I'm trying to help you•

“And I am doing the same for you. Now either listen to me…or I’ll leave you on your own.”
•I'll just follow you. Tell me what's wrong Wally•

He sighs, shaking his head. “I can’t explain.”
They sighed softly, turning to the room he pointed at.

Wally walks away down to the basement.
They went to the room, looking around it.

The room was mainly plain with no windows at all. There was nothing in the room except for a little red phone on a table.
Via shrugged, sitting on the ground. They'd wait for wally to come back.

After what seems like forever, the phone rings.
Via picked it up, listening, not saying anything.

The line was static, then, Lucas voice echoed through the line. It was unclear what he was saying, but then, screams sounded. Eardrum bursting screams.
