A Word In Edgewise

This roleplay is loosely based off of Edgewise by Kristin Jacques at www.wattpad.com/story/73740764-edgewise. I highly recommend you read it, but you don't have to. Here's what you need to know: There's a sentient tavern called the Edgewise. It can heal any damage done to it. To get there, just create a door drawing using whatever, on a wall, and knock three times. It'll open into the tavern. There is also the main doorway, where, if you know the right ways, you can travel to many different worlds. There are rules, too.

1. Leave all conflicts outside.
2. No murdering one another. Occasional maiming and righteous wounding exempt.
3. Never leave the door open.

A generation has passed. The next tavernkeeper has been trained and new characters have come to Edgewise, a sanctuary beyond worlds. But as time passes, the Edgewise grows weaker, and they must get to the bottom of it.

no heavy cussing
no overly graphic or vivid violence
the character must be approved
you may join without asking
