Jay's eyes fluttered open minutes later, they were completely black and demonic before returning to their natural state of ocean blue seconds later. He looked around, confused.

"You can never trust technology…" Rift muttered quietly.
"Welcome back, did you grab food on your way back from hell?”
"Jay?" Koko whispered.
"What happened?" He said rubbing his face.

(Maybe just excuse my character. say S has to go to the bathroom and that is a complicated process because she is a cyborg. I’ll check in to see what happened tomorrow:))

S stood up. "I'm out of time. If I stay any longer people will get suspicious."
Rift gave a one-handed wave-off, "See ya, Techy." S nodded to the group and left out the hidden door.

"We weren't too sure what happened to you… We were trying to find out."
Jay's eyes turned completely black again, "Did I die?"
Koko closed her eyes, not daring to say more.
"Yep. It wasn't too miserable here for a little bit," Rift drawled, "I'll bet ten coppers it was poison."
Josh stood, "We should figure this out fast." He said angrily.
"We were trying to…" To be honest, Jay was a little intimidating when angry.
Rift stood up as well, "I'll do a little digging with my street urchin friends. See if there was any illegal poison purchases lately." Rift walked out of the room without another word.
/I gotta sleep too, my and ODragon are prolly in the same time zone. Maybe I'll see you tomorrow(…?). Y'all can continue without me btw/

Jay walked towards Koko, looking her dead in the eye, you could hardly tell with the immense black that his eyes were currently.

Farryn sat in the corner, immensely grateful that S was gone. Attempting to strangle the cyborg was unlikely to help her earn the trust of everyone else.
Jay was confused, his only plan was to intimidate someone into finding him answers. He turned to Farryn, walking closer.
Farryn was unsure what Jay was doing. Was he trying to… intimidate her? Stifling a laugh, she sat still, waiting to see what he would do.
The black in his eyes faded causing the ocean blue to return. "What's your name?" He asked kindly… He had a different plan.
"Farryn."
