Fantasy, a fight against an unfair hierarchy (Open if you want to restart it(?))

-Sexuality: Bisexual (though has never been with another man)
-Gender: Male
-Appearance: Russet colored neat hair, hazel eyes, tanned skin, more of a toned/slim build, around 5’11 in height, various small scars spotted along his skin.
-Race: Simply human with inherited witchcraft abilities.
-Magic Powers: Inherited a spell book from his mother that has been passed done from generation to generation. Spells a He been written down and categorized between natural magic (light/good magic) and unnatural magic (dark/black magic/hexes). He has never touched the harmful, unnatural spells, not wanting to hurt others.
-Personality: Friendly, warm hearted, peaceful, easily made anxious or upset, can be a bit stubborn when he wants to, passionate, extremely loyal, hesitant with relationships, almost too caring, a tad sensitive, comes off as a very stressed person but does get much happier around loved ones/friends.
-Background: Lucian grew up under the care of his mother, Miranda. She was a single mother, and he never knew his father. Miranda practiced witchcraft, but never allowed Lucian to practice at a young age outnof fear he would be seen. When he was 12, his mother was captured and accused of putting a curse on their neighbors. For that, his mother was executed. He was put into a foster home, where he met a girl named Olivia. They became best friends, and he quickly grew to have romantic feelings for her. When he was 16, they decided to get together. When he was 18, he became engaged to her. And by the time he was 19, she was pregnant with a girl, who would be named Clarice. Though, Olivia was sometimes verbally abusive towards him, seemingly yelling at him for no reason most of the time. She left their home and claimed to go be staying with her sister. But, he was told later the next day that she had been in bed with another lover, and that she had been beaten to death. That was hard enough, but it was a more major blow knowing that he had lost his child. To make up for loosing a child, he would spend time in orphanages, helping to take care of children as a way to cope.
-Other: Tends to be amazing with little children. Wanted to be a doctor or a mental therapist, anything where he was able to help people heal.
-How was your character caught by the law for being a magic user (or not depending on the character's race): He helped out at an orphanage for mildly sick children, and was caught healing their minor illnesses using spells. Back at his cabin, the owners of the orphanage broke in and smashed a vase over his head, successfully knocking him out cold. He was then turned in to the officials for execution.
