Cassidy turned away from the group and began scouting the way to the caves. She ghosted silently through the forest. Now that she had let off some steam, she could see sense in what the prince had said, but she still couldn't help in taking it a little personally. Maybe it was because he looked so much like his brother. When Kai had first stumbled into her tavern, Cassidy had almost killed him then and there. Until she had seen his eyes. Though very much like his twin's eyes, they lacked the cruel glint, and instead had a kind sadness. She continued scouting the woods, looking for possible escape and rendezvous points in case they were followed and need to split up, pushing any further thought of Kai and his twin far to the back of her mind. She could deal with all that crap later.

Dabria crossed her arms and turned on her heel to face the prince. "What were you even thinking when you left? Did you really think I wouldn't follow?" She asked, voice stern.

Dabria crossed her arms and turned on her heel to face the prince. "What were you even thinking when you left? Did you really think I wouldn't follow?" She asked, voice stern.

“Dab please I don’t need to be lectured right now….it was stupid, okay? Can we just move on?” Now that he had time to actually think, he was getting agitated.

Dabria sighed. "Fine. I was just… worried, okay? Let's just go get the horses," she huffed and turned back the way they had come from.

“I’m sorry…” he adds on, running a bit to catch up with her. Having Dabria mad at him was the last thing he needed.

Cassidy heaved a sigh of relief as she found the entrance to the caves. She had been afraid that she wouldn't be able to find them in the dark. She drew her dagger and made a discreet mark on a tree trunk. No one else would notice it, but it would be enough so that she could find the entrance again. It was a fairly large hole, large enough and with a slope gentle enough for the horses. Cassidy knew that the ground inside would be dry and not too difficult for the horses to navigate. They would be safe inside. She spent a few minutes concealing the entrance, and then turned back the way she had came, and began making her way back to the others.
