An unknown force has threatened the land and kingdoms. The leaders all met to discuss the threat, something that hadn't been done for 500 years. Weeks of arguing and threanting and fighting, they finally came to a decision. They would each choose a champion to go on a quest to take down this unknown force and save the realm. So each leader went back home and spent time to find the one they believed worthy of going on the quest. And so they were chosen. They would be transported to the Faint Forest, the outer edge of the realm, any farther was too dangerous. So the three met for the first time, all hating the other, what could wrong?
Nyx shivered slightly. his wings shudder as well as he looks around the area. He narrows his eyes at the trees. He had his sword out and by his side limply. He snorts and takes the first steps into the forest.
Kalene stepped out out of the shelter of the trees, looking distastdully at the fae. Her hand hovered over her long knife. She didn't trust him. She just watched him with her green eyes.
Zyra stepped out of her hiding place and glared at the eld and fae. She had her dagger by her side because she didn't trust them, her brown eyes darting around the place.
Nyx's wings flutter and immediately he shoots backward into the forest. Not very far mind you but he does disappear into the shadows
Zyra quietly and slowly went back to her hiding place, not wanting to talk to anyone yet.
Kalene eyed the two carefully. "So are we leaving or are we going to continue this stare off?" She spoke in a soft voice.
Nyx curses in Fae from his shadow. His armor glints slightly, "That depends." He snaps. He had a bit of a English accent.
"We didn't come here to do a stare off." She answered.
