The Fantasy Tavern

“Nymphs are useful too….” Zephen interjected.

Nellie was feeling increasingly uncomfortable.

“Fair,” Zephen smirked

“Nellie, are you okay?”

Nellie sighed. "I'm fine."

“Okay……” Zephen sighed, “How can we help with the war?”

Yama: You have medication? In a bar? I was told that meds and alcohol never mix!

"I came here for a drink but I got a lecture on war and I got anxiety. I think I need to go." Nellie stood up.

“Nellie, wait!” Zephen jumped from the table

"Nellie" Nim's eyes flashed. "no need to keep things within your heart when there are those willing to listen. You know this."

“Please. I told you my past, you owe me the same,” Zephen pleaded

Yama: Fair enough. I've got to be going, too. Hoping to talk with my mom about her loadout. A greatsword is nice, but you can't go wrong with a little variety!

Nellie started to speak, but then closed her mouth. She sat down and put her head in her hands.

Zephen plopped back down in her chair, and put her hand on Nellies shoulder. “You don’t have to talk….”

Yama gulped down the rest of his drink, and made his way quietly out the door.

Nellie sighed. "I don't want another war. I don't want to worry about… worlds colliding or whatever. I just want to be happy and fun for once. That's it. I just wanted a drink."

Nimuae frowned. placing her hands on Nellie's shoulders she allowed some of her magic to flow between the both of them.

“I understand. I’m sorry. It felt like when I first entered the bar, life seemed so much simpler,” Zephen laughed. It seemed so long ago

Nellie just stayed quiet for a bit.

“We should go home. It’s been a long day, or rather, night. We’ll meet here tomorrow. Goodbye,” Zephen waved sadly, and left the tavern.
