Foxchild morphs back to human form as the girl slumps over, asleep.
“Well, let’s hope she doesn’t bleed in her sleep. Well now that my fiancé is asleep, what’re all your names?” He absentmindedly strokes her hair while leaning against the table.
"I'm Runner." He looked around at the others.
"I'm Damian, and that's Firiko" said Damian speaking up, "you?"

Foxchild smiles.
“I’m Foxchild. Her name is Enderstorm, or just Ender or Storm. I call her Endergirl. You are not allowed to call her that.”

"I'm Calix."
"Cool" said Firiko, "Just keep her from trying to eat us"
"Will you stop acting like a child?" said Damian, throwing a shadow bolt at him.
"Why not?" He asks, taking another sip of his Coke.

Foxchild laughs.
“She won’t eat you. She’s actually really nice, for someone who recently wanted to kill themselves.”
"Cause he's supposed to be one of the strongest warriors I know" said Damian, "And he should act like it"
"Oh lay off Damian," said Firiko, "Stop being so uptight for once, none of the others are here right now to bully you so-"
He was cut off as Damian knocked him to the floor, pinning him with a shadowknife to the throat.

Foxchild blinked in surprise, backing away slightly from the two.
He surveyed the scene, mildly interested.
"Damian what-" Firiko was cut off when he looked in Damian's eyes.
Damian picked himself up off of Firiko in a huff, warping to a corner, shifting to wolf form, where suddenly many scars were visible in his fur.
"Anyways, why can't we call her Endergirl?"

"Ok. Guys could you not fight. It is not actually allowed in here."
"He needed the reminder…" growled Damian, his dark eyes trained on Firiko's every move.

“Endergirl is her families’…well, my and her father’s nickname for her. It’s kind of…personal.” Foxchild looks at Enderstorm, some blood leaking from the girl’s eyes.
Firiko picked himself up, a flash of fear towards Damian beforehi shook it off, laughing nervously.
He rubbed his nose, contemplating it for a moment. "I don't take orders from strangers often, but I'll respect that."

Calix sat on a stool in front of the bar bored.
A guy walked in the door a few minutes later. He walked normally and walked slowly as he approached Calix. Then he sat down next to him.

Suddenly, Endergirl bolts upright, fear flashing in her eyes. She shifts into her dragon form and roars, staring around wildly at everyone. Slowly, recognition returns to her eyes, and she sheepishly shifts back into a girl, blushing a little at her outburst.
“Another nightmare?” Foxchild whispers into her ear, and she nods, standing and hugging Foxchild for comfort, crying blood onto his shirt.

Firiko jumped at that, shrinking back. He knew that look, it was one of fear, fear from past events.

Foxchild stands there awkwardly, as Enderstorm finally steps away, wiping blue blood from her eyes. He looks at his shirt, completely covered in blood. He sighs, and shifts into a fox. Blood drips from the fox’s belly, and he shakes like a dog, splattering glowing blue blood everywhere.
He squinted his eyes at the newcomer. "Dark. Somethin' heavy. Satanic. A demon, I'm guessing?"

Enderstorm whips her head around to look at the newcomer.
“A demon? What’s a demon?” Foxchild morphs back into a human and facepalms.

"Hey there beautiful." The guy said to calix and smiled.
"If you call me beautiful again I will punch you." Calix replied annoyed.
He looked at Foxchild. "You're joking, right?"
