The Soul Labyrinth

Sounds of footsteps can be heard in Hinata’s hallway and they were getting louder.

"Well, you wanna go look for him?" Hinata asked.

The childish figure looked in the direction of the footsteps and immediately hid behind Hinata.

Hinata stood up, looking in the direction of the footsteps.

The figure saw Hinata. “Excuse me ma’am” he took a breath. “By chance have you seen a kid running around here” his looks perfectly fit the brotherly figure the child described; having a black coat, black sick mask and a white scarf. He was…ridiculously tall.

The childish figure walked out from behind Hinata. “Brother?” He then ran towards the tall figure as he knelt down. They hugged each other a bit.
“I told you not to run off like that” the elder brother warned the younger one before turning to Hinata. “Was he any trouble to you?”

Hinata smiled.
"No trouble at all."

(NOOO!! NOW I MISS MY BIG BROTHER!!!! AAAHHHH! cries)

He dusted himself a little as he stood up.
“I’m Preston Winters, the next Knight L after this generation…” the tall figure introduced himself. “…and this is Sawyer, my troublesome little brother”

Hinata gave a small bow.
"Hinata Hayashi."

Not even a minute for the brothers to introduce themselves, a black and white coated figure appeared in Hinata’s hallway. They had a staff with two gems as ability cores; one a sun and one a moon. Without hesitation, Preston dropped Sawyer and told him to hide behind him. Preston’s eyes turned light blue.

Hinata turned to the newcomer.
"Great…" She mumbled.

Tolkalee moved steadily from wound to wound. Eventually getting each one patched up. Then he moved to Matthew's torso to check his breathing. Making sure he didn't have any internal injuries.

Loki walked around then noticed Tolkalee and ran over "Need some help"

"Yeah actually," he replied. "He's got some internal bleeding, and I don't have the tools required to fix it. But you can use magic," he placed a finger where the bleeding was. "Right here, if you would."

Loki nodded and knelt down starting to heal Matthew "This might take a minute"

Hinata stepped in front of the two brothers.

The black and white coated figure in Hinata’s hallway raised his head. His eyes were orange and blue. He turned to the brothers and disappeared. Appearing again above Preston, the older brother with a crescent moon shaped blade and a sun shaped relic in his hand. He came down slicing Preston’s back once with the crescent blade. He backed away from him knowing that he would counter attack.

Hinata whirled around.

As the figure had thought, Preston did counter attack. He summoned some ice blades to stab the figure to which the figure dodged with ease. “You shouldn’t try to challenge your seniors, Preston…” the coated figure teased.

Tolkalee stood up and looked around suddenly. The feeling came back again. Something was wrong. He listened but didn't hear anything out of the ordinary. He couldn't see anything either. Then it hit him, whatever was wrong, it wasn't in the labyrinth.

Aisen turned to Tolkalee. “What’s wrong buddy?” He asked while still taking care of Matthew’s wounds.

"Nothing," Tolkalee shook his head to clear it. He set back to work on Matthew.

The coated figure turned to the little brother and Hinata. “Well…as the gentleman that I am, I must not hurt children nor women so…” he sent a wave of energy that pushed both of them to the wall and locked them in place. “Please enjoy the show…” he said to Hinata and the little brother who was screaming out for help.

Hinata started to curse, then remembered the boy. She turned to him.
"It'll be okay," she whispered.

Preston’s eyes flashed turquoise and some ice was starting to emerge from his hand. He fired at the figure attempting to freeze him but the figure dodged and jumping up. Preston calculated this and jumped as well, getting a full punch on the figure’s chest. When the figure was falling, Preston followed with a ice blade he forged midair. Before the blade reached the figure, they disappeared and Hinata and the little brother were released.

Hinata looked around for the figure.
"Told you it would be okay."

Matthew was able to breath properly now and he was now conscious.

"Welcome back to the land of the half living," Tolkalee commented sitting back. He winced when he twisted his back. "So who was it this time? Sans? Gun dude? Who?"

“Huh? Oh, it was Nis. The one with the Eclipse ability” Matthew continuously grunted as he said that.
