The Soul Labyrinth

Hinata nodded.
"Then again," she said, "some things are more common than you think." She said this with what could be taken as a hint of… empathy? Perhaps it was just a trick of the mind, but it seemed as if Hinata had seen something like this before.

(Hey… remember what I said about multiple endings earlier in the story?)

(Altrince now sits on a chair with his legs crossed and purses his lips Well…)

Not a minute of rest, a loud explosion can be heard from a distance. Sebastian didn’t think much of the explosion until he turned to see where the sound came from; it was the Royal Building, in other words, where the Prince was. Without hesitation, he rushed towards the building, nothing was to be feared of at this point.

Hinata had turned to see where the blast came from when she saw Sebastian running towards it. Not hesitating, she ran after him.
"You know what's going on?" She called out to him.

“Nope, but I’m more than certain that it can’t be a good thing” he replied, shouting as well.
As they were running towards the building, another explosion came from another part of the same building. Sebastian had no choice but to speed up as well. Whatever was happening, it was not a good sign for the kingdom he held dear to his heart.

Hinata hurried after him, eyebrows furrowing in concern. She didn't like the situation, but she wasn't sure if she would be able to help as much as she would like to.

Arriving at the Royal Building (Castle), Sebastian found himself looking curiously into a large hole the explosion made only to find four Knights, fully in Zodiac Uniforms, guarding the Master and the Prince. Libra Intharachit and Sagittarius (currently unknown) were guarding the Master while Aries Conziac and Capricorn (currently unknown) were guarding the Prince. They all seem to be on edge by the point.
“Oi!! Leo, Virgo!! Stop staring and come here why won’t ya?!” The Capricorn shouted. His voice was actually soft but as he shouted, it changed to a much more serious one.

Hinata raised an eyebrow at the scene, but figured it would be best to just go with it. Glancing at Sebastian once, she made her way over to the group.

Sebastian turned to Intharachit first before anyone else.
“So this was where you were… good to know” he said plainly while staring at the scale.
The four Knights looked at Virgo in slight shock.
“You’ve managed to reveal the Uniform’s code?” Capricorn asked, while taking off his helm to reveal… a stranger to Hinata for some reason.
“You say that like you’ve never done it before…” Sagittarius commented, taking off his helm to reveal Chris, the scarecrow man.
“I’ve never done it before, do you know hard it is?!” Capricorn replied, laughing a little.
“Oh… apologies then. And yes, I know how hard it is. That’s why I’m surprised Virgo’s the first” Chris answered in a soft voice.
Looking behind them, the doors that led to the Master and the Prince were both untouched, not dusted at all. Meanwhile, on the ground were corpses of both angels, demons and humans.

(Hey guess who woke at 5 in the morning cause someone crashed into a light pole outside her house.)
Hinata also took off her helm, looking at the others.
"Can I ask what's happening?"

(I don’t think I have to guess)

“Several things” Conziac answered.
“Some angels broke in, after that some of our humans— sorry, sinners— who were prisoners of ours took the opportunity to break out of their cages and then these weird corrupted demons came blasting through the goddamn door like this place was theirs” he answered, clearly annoyed and angry.
“And from what I’m sensing, there’re more coming” he said as he activated the Aries’ power, Crystal Rush, which then covered up the large hole with semi-clear crystals which looked somewhat fragile.

"Well, crap," Hinata sighed. Knowing she was running low on energy, she pulled out a protein bar.

Sebastian, who was still wearing the awaken Virgo helm, turned to Conziac.
“What are they after?” He asked, getting into his battle stance.
“Same as last time…” Conziac started as he wore his helm, gesturing for the others to do so as well “…to steal these valuable Zodiac Uniforms of ours” he finished as the crystal wall he created broke, flooding in more than a hundred entities; consisting of angels, archangels, demons, golems, arch demons and mythical beings.

Hinata literally stuffed the protein bar into her mouth before hastily putting her helm back on. She drew her two swords, which started to glow slightly.

This was almost a ‘once in a blue moon’ event; seeing angels and demons working together against another group of entities.
Angels and archangels flew upwards to attempt aerial battles against the Knights… which resulted in Sebastian flying up as well. He grabbed one of the several angels and threw them down towards one of his comrades; specifically the unnamed Capricorn warrior.

“…Excalibur!!”, the Capricorn warrior yelled up as his hand turned into a golden energy longsword, slicing the angel’s body apart as if they were butter.

“Golden Rain!!”, Sagittarius Chris shouted out, pulling back on his bowstring. Firing, the one arrow bursted into several, hitting the demons and golems hearts and heads.

“Twin Dragon!”, Intharachit in the Libra armor yelled out, releasing a wave of black and white energy at the group of mythical beings, sending them flying up to Sebastian.

“Tengoku no Yari”, Sebastian spoke softly but his voice radiated around the room. What came after the chant was a golden spear which pierced through the mythical beings, one at a time in the most painful way one could imagine; down the throat.

“Crystal Cube”, Conziac of the Aries side chanted softly on his own, creating a giant box made of crystals and squished down on the archangels beneath the box.

(Anime style name callings, perfect)

(Exactly. And Hinata's like "guys seriously it's a disadvantage" XD)
Hinata closed her eyes for a moment, and her swords flagged once before turning into hand canons. Opening her eyes, she started shooting rapid fire, condensed orbs of Power flying into the enemies. Whenever they hit their targets, the orbs would absorb the power of the entities they hit. Then, they would fly back to Hinata, who would absorb the stolen life forces.

(You are not stopping me and my Asian way of story writing. Never. XD)
(Also, sorry in advance for what is about to happen. I am so sorry)

Most of the army of soldiers died in the collage of attacks that went their way. After all of the entities were executed, the Pisces inscription inside Hinata’s pocket started to vibrate uncontrollably.

(Well, I'm terrified now)
Slightly shocked, Hinata pulled the inscription out partially.

The inscription was no longer a clean golden and blue color, it had become black and red. The inscription then flew out of Hinata’s grasp, into another person’s, one person who was standing amidst the corpses of the entities.
The person’s clothing was torn and ripped in many ways. Though most of it was covered with the exterior hood the person wore.
Sebastian cursed a bit before deciding to send the golden spear he summoned towards the figure. The figure glanced up and caught the spear with black strings that came from his back. They then threw the spear right back at Sebastian.
“Strong one eh?” Sebastian said naively.

(Got a guess?)

Hinata tightened her grip on her guns. This wasn't going to end well.

From the golden caduceuses this man had in his eyes, they became red and flashed ever so often. The man threw the Pisces inscription upwards to which it covered his entire body.
“Greetings again…” the corrupted Pisces warrior looked up
“… dear Balance Keeper” as he said that a wave of entities came rushing through the giant hole in the wall. This time though, the only entities that came through were the corrupted ones. The Pisces warrior positioned his hand and formed a gun shape at Sebastian.

“…bang” he whispered before a shark made out of black energy appeared from his hand, rushing at Sebastian at incredible speeds.

After Sebastian got hit, Conziac and Intharachit looked back at him.

“Too slow…” the Pisces warrior smacked their heads together and trapped them inside the same tower of water he created from the ground.

Sagittarius Chris took his aim and fired, wishing to hit Pisces.
“Heh…” the Pisces cracked a smile before raising his hand upwards, creating a water current that caught all the arrows and fired them back at Chris. Most of them did hit him, trapping him in a very awkward position.

During that time, Capricorn snuck up behind this Pisces and got close enough and slice open his neck from behind. The Capricorn raised his hand, formed a sword, and slashed down on the Pisces… only to be grabbed by the wrist before his hand even reached the Pisces armor.

“Weakling…” Pisces squeezed the wristband of the Capricorn armor until it shattered. Something else that shattered was the wrist of the person inside the Capricorn armor. Looking back at the person, Pisces fired three black energy created piranhas at Capricorn which then locked him in place.

He finally turned to Hinata.
“Sorry for my rude introduction… or rather… this is our third reunion now isn’t it…” he said with a hint of sinister as several black strings emerged from his back, all dancing to the rhythm of Hinata’s heart for some reason.

"Yeah, fuck you sugar." Hinata looked pissed.

(That was uncalled for but okay XD)

The Pisces warrior tilted his head.
“Didn’t you say I was someone to you? Why don’t you look happy seeing me again?” He questioned.
“Is it because I changed?” as he said that word, he started glitching in and out of reality. What replaced the Pisces warrior was the friendly healer Hinata was familiar with.

(Now now, just let her explain herself)
Hinata tightened her grip on her guns, her knuckles white as she looked at the floor. When she looked up, she still looked pissed, but her eyes were watery.
"Why did you do it? I could have handled that dude."

“What? Explain yourself…” the corrupted Pisces warrior returned to Hinata’s sight. While asking, he turned to order his team of corrupted beings to go outside. They all nodded and followed his command.

"Why'd you have to go and Fucking die?! I wasn't in a lot of danger. Sure it would have hurt like hell, but I would've popped right back up with the proper protective spells and dealt with it!" Hinata was on the verge of tears.

(I'm having literal shivers rn and am slightly creeped out. And I believe that somewhat XD)
