“Also—“ Knight K stopped “—if that time manipulator was still alive, tell him that his fate is coming soon…” he said without looking back. He continued to walk with his hands in his pockets.

Hinata glared after him.
"We need to focus on Tatsuo, sweetie." Her mother placed her hand on Hinata's arm.

(Also, what happened to Tatsuo???)

(Oh, just several cuts and bruises from Knight K. The biggest problem would be internal bleeding.)

(And the marble-colored pieces of glass?)

Hinata's mother gently touched Tatsuo.
"It should be faster to heal him, since he is already connected to your power."

(Yeah, that’s it)

Hinata nodded gravely.
How did he escape? She thought.

Tolkalee moved around Knight K to the group keeping down. Then he turned and knelt beside Hinata. "What are the injuries?" He whispered.

"Cuts, bruises, and this-" Hinata pointed to the glass.

Knight K turned back. “Why? Didn’t you want to continue following me so you could potentially kill me? Tolkalee Sylali…?” He said with a smile.

"Alright, do you know of any internal injuries?" He turned to Knight K. "Because I don't see you as important enough at this moment."

Hinata turned her head, unable to move away, as her mother needed the energy.

"No." She said.
"But that doesn't mean there can't be."

Knight K grabbed onto his blade’s handle about to jump back the group. He grinned before…completely fainting…?

Hinata gasped.
"This is not good."

Tolkalee glanced back at the Knight. "And clearly not a threat at the moment. Seth make sure he's still breathing please. I'll help him when I'm done here."

Another figure moved out of the dark. They were wearing a lab coat, a gas mask and glasses. Rubbing their hands together they looked down at Knight K.

Hinata's mother looked at Tolkalee.
"You a healer too?'

Hinata stared at the newcomer.
"Please hurry up mom… I don't like this."

Tolkalee nodded. "Yeah but I don't have healing magic," he glanced back and saw the figure approaching them. He stood up and walked out to meet him. "Can I help you?"

The figure threw a flask of liquid at Tatsuo’s body. The liquid regenerated him from the inside out, making him able to move again.

“That would be my question…” the figure said to Tolkalee with a smile behind the mask.

Tolkalee's eye narrowed. He didn't like this man, there was something off about them. "I'm going to ask that you leave now," he said. The hint of a threat could be heard through his voice.

Tatsuo grasped Hinata's hand.
"Hinata…" She stood, then helped him up. Hinata's mother didn't tell anyone, but she was slightly upset she didn't get to finish healing Tatsuo.

The figure bowed once with his right hand in front and his left was behind him. “Then I shall leave for now…” the figure said before standing up straight and dragged Knight K’s now fainted body with him. “I apologize on his behalf as well…” the figure spoke to them before proceeding to the dark streets that divide the regions.

Tatsuo placed Hinata's hand on his arm. This turned him back into a sword. Hinata immediately sent him to join Katsuo and Kagami. She could sense the happy reunion.
"Well, now that I have Tatsuo, and we got Tolkalee, I think it's time to leave."

As soon as they were both out of sight, Tolkalee sat down on the ground holding his right arm. "Hinata, can you help me with something real quick?" He asked.

"What is it?"

Knight L ran by the group. “Hey uh, you!” He pointed at Hinata while breathing relatively fast. “Your time’s up, your parents need to go back to their region now before we start chasing you around. I’m sorry, but that’s just the rules. Please return to your region…” Knight L gestured to Hinata’s parents.
