The Soul Labyrinth

Hinata just laid there.

Tolkalee debated following, he didn't trust this man, but he didn't want to leave Hinata alone. So he followed, in his silent, makes everyone forget he's there, kind of way.

The figure and Hinata reached the figure’s home. He unlocked the door and walked in with Hinata still on the cubic bed. The cubes lower back down into the ground, laying her on a soft, white bed. He turned on the lights and turned on his air conditioning. He went into his kitchen as another figure ran into the house. “JAMIE!!! Where’s the patient?!” The other figure asked.

Hinata coughed again.

The other figure left the front door open then walked in. He then walked to Hinata who’s on the bed. The figure who brought Hinata here came out of his kitchen with a cup of coffee, stating “Probably the effects, you should be able to take care of that easily…” he sipped the coffee.

Hinata tried to look around, but her vision was blurry and she couldn't breathe. She felt as if something were sitting on her chest.

Tolkalee found himself a nice spot, where his back was against a wall and he still had two exits. This way nothing could come up behind him. He was also in a place where he could reach the house if he needed.

Hinata tried to put her hand on her chest.

The figure who walked in after the house owner did placed his hand on Hinata’s forehead, he closed his eyes and started to find the source of the problem. After some time, he opened his eyes and golden caduceuses appeared in his green eyes. He moved his hand so that it was above Hinata’s lungs. A green and golden aura went from his hand to Hinata’s lungs by sinking into her body, not causing any harm on the way. The aura then came out with some dust and black substances. He sat next to her, making sure she’ll be safe. Whilst that was happening, the aura he had seeped itself back into his arm.

Hinata looked at the figure.
"Thanks. I hate Galaxy Dust." She preceded to faint.

The figure who was the house owner walked towards Hinata and the other figure. “All good? How long do we have to wait before she’ll be back in shape?” The figure asked. “Probably five to ten minutes, the effects got into her body much faster than expected. Judging from her blood’s status, this was her first day here and it’s already having some effects on her body” the other figure answered, both are unaware of Tolkalee’s presence outside the house.

Tolkalee sat complete silence for several minutes. Not moving anything at all. Then he relaxed a bit and sat down.

The figure holding the coffee cup walked outside and saw Tolkalee. “Hey, come in why won’t ya? Outside’s pretty dangerous at this time and your friend here is recovering” the figure called to Tolkalee.

Hinata tossed and turned, having a nightmare. She was dreaming of how she would lose everything.

Tolkalee didn't reply or even acknowledge tha someone had called to him. He'd heard it, but he chose to ignore it. Instead he reached into his hoodie pocket, pulled out the little piece of wood he'd started carving before coming here, and began carving it again.

The figure outside raised a brow but decided to leave him be. The figure then closed the door and went back to Hinata and the other figure. The other figure’s eyes flashed the golden caduceuses again. He placed his hand on Hinata’s forehead and closed his eyes, getting rid of her nightmares from the inside.

Hinata calmed down. She sat down in her mind and was having lunch with Tatsuo, Katsuo, and Kagami.

The figure with golden caduceuses in his eyes appeared in Hinata’s mind with the same appearance as his real self.

Tatsuo made a move to stand up, but Hinata put up her hand to stop him.
"Greetings, stranger. Please, have a seat." Another chair appeared at the table.

While all that was happening, the house owner sat down on his sofa and continued sipping his coffee whilst reading a book.

Tolkalee was still carving, and to most it looked like he wasn't paying attention to anything else. He was, he listening, and also keeping an eye on his surroundings.

The figure in Hinata’s mind felt the sense of hospitality from her and sat down at the table while still maintaining his calm and mannered personality.

A knock on the door can be heard. “Hello? Is Cassius in here?” The guest asked. The house owner stood and opened the door, “Oh, Luna, Hi. Yeah, he’s in the guest’s room, he’s treating a patient right now so feel free to stay here for the time being” the house owner said to the guest before closing the door and went back to reading his book.

"What brings you to the depths of my mind?" Hinata took a sip of her Earl Grey.

The figure in her mind smiled. “Well, I’m an Aura Doctor, meaning I heal people who suffer from physical, mental and magical attacks while at the same time learning bits of information about them” he answered before looking specifically at Tatsuo. “The wounds Connor made on you, are they fully healed yet?” He asked with a soft yet confident tone.

Tatsuo huffed, not wanting to answer this stranger. Hinata shot Tatsuo a glance.
"Of course." He said reluctantly.

He smiled at Tatsuo with closed eyes and a sense passion for his job. “That’s good” he said. “By the way, what are their names?” He asked Hinata.

Hinata motioned to Tatsuo. He wore a grey hoodie and jeans.
"He's Tatsuo."
She pointed to a young man wearing a grey suit.
"He's Katsuo."
She pointed to the last, a young girl with buns in her hair and a pink and grey kimono.
"And she's Kagami."
